Product Description
CustomChoice-Complete™ Packages allow residence end-users to choose flat residence lines and features from a menu of Custom Calling and Custom Local Area Signaling Services (CLASS™) features for a monthly rate. There are two different packages available for your end-user; CustomChoice-Complete and CustomChoice-Complete with Voice Messaging Service.
Both packages allow residence end-users to choose one flat residence line and features. End-users are also eligible for discounted rates on optional products where these individual products are available.
Availability
CustomChoice-Complete packages are offered where CLASS features are available, except in ID-N. They are offered on flat residence lines, additional flat residence lines, including CenturyLink High-Speed Internet™ and cannot be included on the same line with other package offerings.

Pricing
Rate Structure
The CustomChoice-Complete packages have a recurring charge. In ID-S the charge for the line bills separately from the package of features. There may be a line nonrecurring charge for new installations. There are no nonrecurring charges assessed to add the CustomChoice-Complete package, to add or remove features on an existing CustomChoice-Complete package, or to convert from another package to the CustomChoice-Complete package. Recurring and nonrecurring charges are based on state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.

Two-Line Packages
When changing, removing or converting 2-Line CustomChoice-Complete, you must provide the USOC PGO2N. PGO2N is not used for billing or provisioning the line; it enables CenturyLink to correctly identify and bill the package elements on the account. The following ordering rules illustrate examples of when the USOC is required.

- D = Disconnect
- N = Add
NOTE: When changing from one feature to another, use N and D Feature Activity Types.
Feature Codes (USOCs)
NOTE: This package was designed for end-users who want CenturyLink's most popular features in one package price.
The following USOCs are included in the CustomChoice-Complete package rate:

End-users may choose any or all of the features included in the package. The only restrictions are that the CustomChoice-Complete packages must include LineBacker™, which is an inside wire maintenance plan and that CustomChoice-Complete with Voice Messaging must include Voice Messaging.
In addition to the above features, CustomChoice-Complete end-users that LPIC to CenturyLink may also request the Super Savings Calling Plan (except SD).
