Product Description
With Call Manager Connection Business Only end-users get six to seven products at a discounted rate and the opportunity to utilize a variety of telephone services to meet a variety of needs.
The Call Manager Connection is particularly attractive to end-users who already purchase (or intend to purchase) one to two products, since bundled pricing makes Call Manager Connection attractive. Available services are listed below:
- Call Forwarding Variable allows incoming calls to be transferred to the telephone number designated by the end-user.
- Call Rejection allows the end-user to block unwanted callers. The caller would receive a recorded message telling them the person they are calling is not receiving calls at this time.
- Call Waiting alerts the end-user that someone is calling and lets them talk to that person without ending the first conversation.
- Caller ID lets the end-user know the identity of the callers before picking up the receiver. After the first ring, the end-user's Caller ID display unit will show the name and telephone number of most callers.
- Continuous Redial automatically redials the telephone numbers that were busy when the end-user tried to dial them.
- Priority Call lets the end-user assign a unique ring to selected telephone numbers.
- Three Way Calling allows the end-user to to dial two telephone numbers enabling a three party call.
The following considerations apply to the Call Manager Connection:
- The end-user must have all six to seven features on one line to qualify for the Call Manager Connection. The features may not be spread among multiple lines. No substitutions or omission of features is allowed.
- Any features that are part of Call Manager Connection cannot be part of any other promotion.
