Standard Intervals for LNP Service are found in the Service Interval Guide (SIG)
While CenturyLink strives to achieve these intervals, deviations from these intervals may be unavoidable in some individual cases because of a variety of circumstances including the following:
Severe weather conditions
Acts of God
Extraordinary workloads
Central Office (CO) conversions
System outages
Facility cuts
Work stoppages
And in other circumstances typically contained in “force majeure” contract clauses. As a result, the average intervals that are experienced may exceed the performance guidelines set forth in the SIG.
