Service providers are responsible for establishing listings for their end-users.

If the Local Service Request (LSR), End User (EU), and Directory Listing (DL) forms are received from the service provider, they should be forwarded to the CenturyLink Listing Operations Center (LOC).

White Pages directory listings can also be submitted through the IMA GUI or EDI.
