Trunk sizing policies adopted by the Local Interconnection Service (LIS) and Common Channel Signaling Access Capability (CCSAC) product teams will serve as the basis for LNP trunking requirements.

For the purpose of accessing the CenturyLink LNP database, adequate trunk capacity utilizing the LIS sizing policies will support termination of traffic at an end office or tandem.

Service providers accessing the CenturyLink LNP database via their CCSAC arrangement must adhere to that product's trunking policy for LNP queries. CenturyLink may decline to process LNP orders if the Co-Carrier has inadequate trunking facilities.
