Ordering Procedures

          Procedures
 
To order LIS Trunking services, these procedures are followed:
  1. Request LIS Trunking service from a CenturyLink Account Team / Sales & Service team.

  2. The CenturyLink Account Team / Sales & Service team gives you the following forms to review and complete:
    • New Customer Questionnaire
    • ASR Form

  3. Submit the New Customer Questionnaire and ASR Form electronically or by use of the CORATM GUI.

  4. The CenturyLink Account Team / Sales Executives and Service team takes information and determines your requirements.

  5. Attend the first customer meeting with CenturyLink.
