Procedures

To order LIS Trunking services, these procedures are followed:
- Request LIS Trunking service from a CenturyLink Account Team / Sales & Service team.
- The CenturyLink Account Team / Sales & Service team gives you the following forms to review and complete:
- New Customer Questionnaire
- ASR Form
- Submit the New Customer Questionnaire and ASR Form electronically or by use of the CORATM GUI.
- The CenturyLink Account Team / Sales Executives and Service team takes information and determines your requirements.
- Attend the first customer meeting with CenturyLink.
