August Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Attachment R = Change Requests Committed for IMA Release 11.0 Connie Winston/Qwest - we have one small issue requiring the Sup 2 (SCR013002-8 Flowthrough on Sup 2 Category Due Date) to be a spillover for 11.1. She explained why this will be a spillover into the point release. She noted that resale and UNE sup 2 due date change orders will flow through. The unbundled loop will drop out to the Center and will be updated by the Center until 11.1. Donna Osborne-Miller/AT&T - that’s line item #4 in the Attachment? Connie Winston/Qwest - yes. Michael Buck/Qwest - stated that the NOTE at the bottom of the page needs to be changed from 'In Definition' to 'Packaged'. Liz Balvin/WorldCom - asked how the 11.0 PO2 CR is different than the one in 12.0. Connie Winston/Qwest - they are just different edits. The edits are noted on each of the 2 CRs. Liz Balvin/WorldCom - with 12.0, would you say that any of the hours devoted to this would lower the 8,000 hours? Are you looking at that when you do the design? Connie Winston/Qwest - we always look at that, but the edits are different so I could expect a reduction in the LOEs. As we get further in design, we do update the LOE. Attachment R = Change Requests Committed for SATE Release 11.0 Connie Winston/Qwest - SATE has the same spillover candidate for 11.1, SCR013002-8 Sup 2. Michael Buck/Qwest - noted that items 3, 5, and 7 are SATE specific candidates. The others are IMA with SATE impacts. Wendy Green/Qwest - noted that the SATE side has a shorter list because of the GUI only impacting CRs going into IMA having no impact to SATE. Michael Buck/Qwest - any other questions in the room or on the bridge? None.

01/17/02 CMP Meeting Discussion: Wendy Green/Qwest presented CR., originated by Qwest on behalf of NightFire., and stated that this CR came out of the SATE User’s Group and is co-sponsored by Qwest and the CLEC’s. Wendy advised that this CR is similar to line and loop splitting. Bill asked if this was facility based and not product 14. Wendy/Qwest responded - right, product 14 is already supported. Wendy advised that the level of effort is Extra Large. Michael Buck/Qwest stated that this CR will move into Presented status and the ranking of SATE requests will take place at February CMP.

01/08/02 - Clarification Meeting Notes: Attendees were Ian Coleman/Allegiance, Ken Wilson/AT&T, Bob Carias/Nightfire, Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest, Donna Montarone/Qwest, Jake Perlman/Qwest, Wendy Green/Qwest, Ellen Cross/Qwest, Francois Morel/Qwest, Nancy Denny/Qwest. SATE must support Facility Based Directory Listings and all its activities. Scenarios for Facility Based Directory Listings should be added to the EDI SATE Data Document. Meeting notes emailed to all participants.

This letter is in response to your CLEC Change Request Form, number SCR122701-6 dated December 27, 2001, CR Title: SATE - Add Facility Based Directory Listings.

CR Description: SATE must support Facility Based Directory Listings and all its activities. Scenarios for Facility Based Directory Listings should be added to the EDI SATE Data Document.

Qwest Response: The Clarification meeting for this request was held on January 8, 2002. There were no questions raised for this request. Based on the above noted information, the level of effort for this request is Extra Large. This request is an eligible CR for prioritization in February 2002.
