| June 20, 2002 CMP Meeting Discussion: This effort was deployed on May 18, 2002. Terry Wicks (Allegiance) asked Ian Coleman if he had completed his testing. Ian Coleman (Allegiance) replied that he had completed the testing and indicated that it is OK to close this CR. The status of this CR will be changed to ‘Completed’. May 16, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Wendy Green/Qwest stated that this effort would be deployed on 5/18 and that testing could begin on Monday, May 20th. Status is CLEC Test until June CMP Meeting. 01/17/02 CMP Meeting Discussion: Wendy Green/Qwest presented CR and stated that this CR came out of the SATE User’s Group and is co-sponsored by Qwest and the CLEC’s. Wendy advised that currently use made-up NPA/NXX’s. This CR will use actual NPA/NXXs. Wendy advised level of effort of Large. Michael Buck/Qwest stated that this CR will move into Presented status and the ranking of SATE requests will take place at February CMP. 01/08/02 - Clarification Meeting Notes: Attendees were Ian Coleman/Allegiance, Ken Wilson/AT&T, Bob Carias/Nightfire, Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest, Donna Montarone/Qwest, Jake Perlman/Qwest, Wendy Green/Qwest, Ellen Cross/Qwest, Francois Morel/Qwest, Nancy Denny/Qwest. All current SATE data must be altered to utilize NPA/NXX’s currently in Qwest’s network footprint. No other data elements are required. Meeting notes emailed to all participants.

| DRAFT RESPONSE For Review by the CLEC Community and Discussion at January CMP Meeting January 10, 2002 Ian Coleman Allegiance Telecom, Inc. This letter is in response to your CLEC Change Request Form, number SCR122701-2 dated December 27, 2001, CR Title: SATE Data - NPA/NXX’s. CR Description: All current SATE data must be altered to utilize NPA/NXX’s currently in Qwest’s network footprint. Qwest Response: The Clarification meeting for this request was held on January 8, 2002. Confirmation was received that there were no other data elements involved in this request. This request is for NPA/NXX’s only. Based on this information, the level of effort for this request is large. This request is an eligible CR for prioritization in February 2002.
