| March 21, 2002 CMP Discussion: Wendy Green/Qwest noted that the document has been created, and was published on March 8. Wendy also noted where it is posted. Ok to close. Status changed to Completed. 01/17/02 CMP Meeting Discussion: Wendy Green/Qwest presented CR and stated that this CR came out of the SATE User’s Group and is co-sponsored by Qwest and the CLEC’s. Wendy advised this is for new documentation to provide examples based on test data. Bill Micou/AT&T Will not use SATE examples? Other ILECs provide EDI associated with test cases. Wendy responded - will populate EDI and not use SATE data, the CLEC’s know how to populate own data before move into production. Wendy advised level of effort is Large. Michael Buck/Qwest stated that this CR will move into Presented status and the ranking of SATE requests will take place at February CMP. 01/08/02 - Clarification Meeting Notes: Attendees were Ian Coleman/Allegiance, Ken Wilson/AT&T, Bob Carias/Nightfire, Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest, Donna Montarone/Qwest, Jake Perlman/Qwest, Wendy Green/Qwest, Ellen Cross/Qwest, Francois Morel/Qwest. X12 data is the only requirement for this request. CLEC requested Qwest to provide X 12 mapping examples for all products and activities to all CLECS. No other questions were raised. Meeting notes emailed to all participants.

| DRAFT RESPONSE For Review by the CLEC Community and Discussion at January CMP Meeting January 10, 2002 Ian Coleman Allegiance Telecom, Inc. This letter is in response to your CLEC Change Request Form, number SCR122701-1 dated December 27, 2001, CR Title: SATE - X 12 Mapping Examples. CR Description: Qwest will provide X 12 mapping examples for all products and activities to all CLECS. These examples can be based on a test CLEC and need not utilize production or SATE facilities including Central Offices, circuits or account numbers. Qwest Response: The Clarification meeting for this request was held on January 8, 2002. There were no questions raised for this request. Based on the above noted information, the level of effort for this request is large. This request is an eligible CR for prioritization in February 2002.
