This change request is not intended to modify in any way the current or planned Qwest applications or code to support these systems. In addition, this change request is not intended to be retroactive to current or previous OSS interface requirements. It is intented to be implemented on a going forward basis. The request seeks to require CLEC input such that Qwest understands from a users perspective what changes are need to provide efficacy as required by the FCC. WCom recommends working sessions with interested Parties as a means to establish ground rules for documentation.
VOTE: Yes would indicate preference to establish working session and not require CR be prioritized. No would indicate preference to require CR be prioritized.
