Description Of Change |
Currently Qwest requires FA= C to specify the current state FID/FID Detail on the Qwest account (Change from value) and FA = T is used to specify the new FID/FID Detail (Change to value)
Change would require Qwest to eliminate the requirement to provide FA=C to specify the current state of the FID/FID Detail. Basically, Qwest systems would be changed to support end-state processing, as only FA=T would be valid on maintenance orders requiring changes to FID/FID Detail.
Expected Deliverables/Proposed Implementation Date (if applicable): To be able to process feature change maintenance transactions on a converted customers account by identifying only changes to features in their final state (post provisioning).

Gallegos-Qwest stated that WorldCom was requesting this only on maintenance orders and that it would not pertain to new accounts. Boges-WorldCom statedt hat it applied when changing a vlaue. Balvin-WorldCom stated that it would be for post orders. Manning-Qwest stated that she wanted to clarify the products. She stated that she thought that it was geared to UNE POTS. Nolan-Qwest asked if there were any additional comments and then read the expected deliverables as listed on the CR form.
