ASOG 36 Industry Changes The QORA ASR Gateway application needs to be updated to support changes for ASOG 36, including ASOG, Mech Spec and UOM-ASR Schema changes as mandated by OBF.

Qwest Specific Edits: The following changes that are CLEC affecting are also being implemented.
QORA Ordering Enhancement
- Qwest is implementing a change to the print functionality from Print XLS to Print PDF.
- The Pre Order GUI functionality for CFA Validation shall be enhanced to display the NC/NCI combination associated with the retrieved facility. The data shall appear at the top of the response screen. A message is also displayed when the NC/NCI cannot be retrieved of NC/NCI combination unavailable.
- Qwest is implementing a change to accept either a "/"or a ".’" As a delimiter between field sections in the ECCKT field.
QORA GUI Changes
- Qwest is implementing a change to clear any value in the EXP field on the ASR form when the Copy To New functionality is used.
- The system shall not provide the Interconnection Translation Routing screen when the first position of the TQ field on the ASR form = L.
- Qwest is implementing a process to remove user access from the GUI for users that have not logged on after 1 year.
New QORA GUI and ASR Gateway Validations The QORA GUI application will be updated to include new up-front edits for the following fields on the ASR. If the ASR entries do not pass the validation as described, the ASR will be rejected.
- Qwest is implementing CFA Validation when the ASR.ACT = C and the REQTYP = M. The system shall validate if the ECCKT value matches the channel assignment in the CFA/SCFA fields on the service specific form by comparing those entries to what is found in Qwest’s inventory system to determine if the CFA is available for assignment.
- RECCKT field Trunking Form and ACI Form Qwest will validate when the ACT field = D and the first position in the LTP field is not F, N, or C on the ASR form, that the RECCKT field is populated. If the field is left blank, the ASR is rejected with an error message.
- SECLOC Field When the ASR.REQTYP = M or L, the SECLOC on the Trunking Form must be a valid 11 digit CLLI Code. If the SECLOC is not a valid 11 digit CLLI Code, the system shall reject the ASR.
- Translation Questionnaire - The system shall not require the Feature Group D section of the Translation Questionnaire when the first position of the TQ field = B.
12/12/07 Revision - Qwest will validate the FUSF exemption matches the exemption status on the BAN populated on the ASR. If a mismatch is determined, the ASR shall be rejected with error message “Invalid tax exempt status for BAN”.

February 20, 2008 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the targeted implementation date for this CR is 3/17/08.
