The CORA ASR Gateway application is being updated to support changes for ASOG 52, including ASOG, Mech Spec and UOM-ASR Schema changes as mandated by OBF. Details of the ASOG 52 industry changes can be found at: http://www.atis.org/. New or changed fields and forms being added to the ASOG form package are as follows:

• Wireless Site Indicator Enhancements

• Expand BAN/HBAN/MAN field

• Modify EU field usage

• Address ASOG 4-Step process and the term “Service Request”

• Modify GETO field to identify regulated entrance facility

• Modify Access Tel Extension field on Practice 015

• Update Practices to support Color Aware attributes for Ethernet Services

• Modify S-VLAN field

• Modify EDA field

• Update NCON Rule

• Multi-Chassis (MCLAG)

• Add LOA to CFA pre-order validation

Company Specific Edits:

New CORA Pre-Order Validations - None

New CORA GUI and ASR Gateway Validations:

• The WSI field on the ASR form is being split into two new fields, WSI-I and WSI-P

o WSI is moving to WSI-S. Valid values were N or E and now will become Y.

o When WSI =N OR E, SEI = Y, ACTL is blank, then convert WSI to WSI-P =Y and WSI-S =BLANK

o When WSI = N or E, SEI = Y and ACTL is populated, then convert WSI to WSI-P = BLANK (because this is a MTSO) and WSI-S = BLANK;

o When WSI = N or E, SEI is blank, then convert WSI to WSI-P=BLANK and WSI-S = Y.

• Multi-Chassis (MCLAG) – Add new fields MCLAG, MCLAG-ID, and MCLAG-P to the SES form. Add new field MCLAG-ID to the CN form.

o Add CenturyLink Specific Usage – These fields are not used and are prohibited

CORA GUI Changes:

• Increase the length of BAN field from 12 to 13 characters on ASR, CN, Multi-EC forms:

o Increase field length in ordering systems (EASE/MOB)

o Increase field length in CORA & ASRNDM if required due to EXACT (Ericsson) changes

• Increase the length of Access Tel Extension fields (ACTEL, AACTEL, AALCON) from 4 to 7 characters on SALI form:

o Increase field length in ordering systems (EASE/MOB)

o Increase field length in CORA & ASRNDM if required due to EXACT (Ericsson) changes

CORA GUI and ASR Gateway Conversion:

3/16/16 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed the Release production date for this CR is March 21, 2016.

2/17/16 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed some of the upcoming release dates for this CR including that the Draft GUI Release Notes are due February 22, 2016 with comments due February 25, 2016 and the final GUI Release Notes are due February 29 for a Release production date of March 21, 2016.

01/20/16 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed some of the release dates for this CR including that the Draft Technical Specifications were issued on January 8, 2016 for a planned Release to Production date of March 21, 2016.

12/16/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this CR was presented in the November 2015 monthly meeting. He then provided some of the upcoming release dates including that the Draft Technical Specifications are scheduled to be issued on January 8, 2016 for a planned Release to Production date of March 21, 2016.

11/18/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Letty Walker – CenturyLink presented some the planned changes associated with ASOG 52 as listed in the Description Section of the CR. Letty said the details of the ASOG 52 industry changes can be found the ATIS website.

Paul Schlacter - CenturyLink then presented CenturyLink specific changes associated with CORA Release 27.0.

Lynn Denton – Windstream asked for confirmation as to the implementation date for the release and asked about a May 2016 date vs a March 2016 date.

Paul Schlacter - CenturyLink said the CORA Release 27.0 is scheduled for implementation March 21, 2016.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink clarified that the Access Consolidation project is scheduled for May 30, 2016.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said she wanted to confirm that testing for EASE will be with both ASOG 51 and ASOG 52.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the opportunity is there. Mark asked if there were any questions. There were none.
