3/19/2014 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said on January 17, 2014, CenturyLink sent a 30 day Courtesy notice for this CR to relay a planned effective date of February 17, 2014. Last month, Integra asked to hold this CR open another month. Mark asked if it was OK to move this CR to Completed status.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said that it was OK to move to Completed.

2/19/2014 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said CenturyLink sent a 30 day system courtesy notice on January 17, 2014 to relay a planned effective date of February 17, 2014. This CR is in CLEC Test and we would like to move this CR to Completed status.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked to keep this CR open until next month.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said we would revisit it in the March meeting.

1/15/2014 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Susan Lorence - CenturyLink said this CR did not come out on Attachment K but with this CR, we had discussed sending a 30 day system courtesy notice since there are no technical specification changes or other documentation updates. Susan said we will be sending a 30 day Courtesy notice for this CR as of January 17, 2014 to relay the planned effective date of February 17, 2014. Susan asked if there were any questions. There were none.

12/11/2013 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the CR was presented last month with a proposal to use a 30 day system courtesy notice to implement the CR since there are no tech spec changes. Mark asked if that was OK to proceed with that plan. He said the target date was in February and that we would follow the 30 day courtesy notice timeline.

11/20/2013 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Denise Martinez – CenturyLink presented this new CR s associated with MTG which has a tentative implementation date sometime in first quarter 2014. Denise relayed that since there are no Tech Spec changes associated with this CR, CenturyLink would like to send a 30 day system courtesy notification to relay the planned implementation date for the additional information to be provided.

Kim Isaacs - Integra asked if this was for retrieving open tickets or for historical ticket information. Vinesh Vijayan Leela – CenturyLink said it is for both open and historical tickets.

Kim Isaacs - Integra asked how this related to MEDIACC which displays all the Notes. She asked if the information was missing in MTG.

Vinesh Vijayan Leela – CenturyLink said MEDIACC only sends the first Note back. With this change in MTG, all Notes will be sent back.

Kim Isaacs - Integra asked if that will be on active tickets. She said in MEDIACC today, they see all tickets in the history.

Vinesh Vijayan Leela – CenturyLink said that is true for both MEDIACC and MTG today.

Kim Isaacs - Integra said regarding the 30 day notification, she wanted to check with her IT team and let us know.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said to send any questions to the CMP CR mailbox.
