- SYST.10.31.03.F.04419.IABSfinalTechSpecs Announcement Date: 10/31/03 Effective: Immediately EXCERPT: In order to conform to industry standards, the Qwest IABS application will be enhanced to support the record layout and billing data for end office CLLI usage summarization for UNE-P accounts produced in CABS/BOS format, as defined in BOS Version 40. These standards are set forth by Telcordia. Information regarding these standards can be found at http://www.telcordia.com/. Qwest is targeting these changes for the IABS December Release, scheduled for implementation on December 15, 2003. Summary of Change: In accordance with CMP CR SCR110802-01IG, Qwest will be following BOS guidelines for the end office CLLI usage summarization for UNE-P accounts produced in CABS/BOS format. The BOS Version being used at production will be Version 40. Information related to the CABS/BOS record format can be obtained from Telcordia at http://www.telcordia.com/. Final Joint Test Plan: Test files will be available on November 15, 2003. A test file will be sent to a CLEC if that CLEC has NDM capability with Qwest as of November 15, 2003. Please note that, if a CLEC does not have NDM capability, then it could take up to six weeks to establish the connectivity with Qwest. Clarification - November 19, 2002 Attendees: Laurel Nolan/Qwest, Jami Larson/Qwest Review Requested Description of Change: Today, usage on UNE-P accounts produced in the CABS/BOS format is detailed at the individual working TN level. The standard format for usage in BOS is to provide it grouped/summarized at the end office CLLI level. Change to provide end office summarization will decrease the number of usage detail records currently being produced. Confirmed Impacted Interfaces: Wholesale BIlling Confirmed Impacted Products: UNE-P Discussion: There were no comments or questions regarding this request.

RE: SCR110802-01IG-Provide end office CLLI summarization for UNE-P bills produced in BOS format Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR110802-01IG). Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting, Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 2530 hours for this Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.
