The CORA ASR Gateway application is being updated to support changes for ASOG 48, including ASOG, Mech Spec and UOM-ASR Schema changes as mandated by OBF. Details of the ASOG 48 industry changes can be found at: http://www.atis.org/. New fields being added to the ASOG form package are as follows:

• CNT (Clarification/Notification Type) field on the Clarification/Notification Request form Valid Entry Usage notes are updated

• ESDD (Estimated Due Date) field added to the Clarification/Notification Request form

• LCON Email and ALCON Email fields will now be required if the LCON or ALCON fields (respectively) are populated

• MUXLOC/SMUXLOC (Multiplexing Location/Secondary Multiplexing Location) field Usage Notes on the following forms have been updated:

o Feature Group A

o Trunking

o Transport

o End User Special Access

• SECLOC (Secondary Location) on the RING and Additional Ring Information forms examples are being updated

• SUP (Supplement) field value of 2 on Access Service Request form valid entry notes were updated

CenturyLink is not implementing issues 3464 (MEC Communications), 3484 (DLR allow 7 digit extension on TEL (DSGCON), or 3493 UOM-ASR Volume I to include Reference Number (REFNUM).

New CORA Pre-Order Validations - None

New CORA GUI and ASR Gateway Validations:

• For the trunking form: When SCFA is populated with any value other than “NEW”, validate the SMUXLOC against the first 8 characters of either CLLI code contained in SCFA field. If SMUXLOC matches first 8 characters of one of the SCFA CLLI then accept. If not, reject.

• For the transport and enduser form: When SCFA is populated validate the SMUXLOC against the first 8 characters of either CLLI codes contained in SCFA field. If SMUXLOC matches first 8 characters of one of the SCFA CLLI then accept. If not, reject.

• When the ACT is anything other than N, and the circuit ID in the ASR.ECCKT field begins with "HN", the REQTYP must be "R". This error message will be given against ASR.REQTYP. Error Message = Must be R when ASR.ECCKT begins with HN.

• Changed CORA GUI and ASR Gateway Validations:

• To prevent accidental removal of all agency access, change CORA GUI super-user Admin as follows:

o Under tab Admin, sub-tab CCNA/CO Relationships - when the radio button for "Revoke agency access from selected CCNA(s) is selected, prohibit the "select all" box from being used.

Benefit: Reduces the chance all agency access is removed from all CCNAs by accident. There is no ASOG impact.

3/19/2014 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the CR is in CLEC Test . The CORA release went in to production as of March 17, 2014 and we are not currently aware of any issues with the release. We will review this CR to move to Completed status in April.

2/19/2014 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this CR will deploy on March 17, 2014 and that CenturyLink is currently in the middle of the CORA GUI comment cycle.

11/20/2013 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Sue Morlan – CenturyLink presented this New Industry Guideline CR associated with the CORA Release 23.0 scheduled for implementation on March 17, 2014. Sue reviewed the ASOG 48 Industry changes and the Company Specific Edits that are listed in the CR. Sue asked if there were any questions. There were none.
