Description Of Change |
Allow NP Bus Name on Residential Account Include an IMA BPL edit that will require DL.LTY=3 when the LSR.TOS=2 and DL.TOA=RP
Published business names are not permitted on a residential account. A residential listing for a qualified residence class of service, as defined in the tariffs (i.e., dwelling where the use is primarily social or domestic; a residence location typically containing cooking and sleeping facilities) which is established as a non published listing and therefore not published in directories or available in directory assistance, do not need to have the personal name of the individual associated with the residence. Normal non published monthly service and non-recurring charges (where applicable) apply.
For example: Non published residential service, which is provided to a member of the clergy or to church personnel and maintained by the church, may use the name of the church, e.g. Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints may be used for the residence occupied by the church’s missionaries. Non published residential service provided by a business for use by its employees on a temporary short term basis (e.g. corporate apartment) may use the name of the associated business, e.g. Smith Financial Non published residential service used in a home business may have the name of the business associated with it, e.g. Bill's Accounting Service (Note: this is an unlikely situation since non published service excludes the business listing from Directory Assistance and published directories).
The non published business name established on a residence class of service must include the following data on the listing order: Local Service Request (LSR) Form Type Of Service (TOS) = 2 Directory Listing (DL) Form Type Of Account (TOA) = RP Residence Type of Service, Business Name Listing Type (LTY) = 3 Non Pub
Note: A manual process to validate these requirements will be performed by the Listing Operations Center (LOC). If they find an account that does not meet the requirements, they will request a correcting order from the Provider and follow normal business procedures.

There were no objections. 8/15/07 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that IMA 23.0 is scheduled in April of 2008. Note: Kim Isaacs-Eschelon said that candidate number 7 - SCR121306-01 Enable the EOS Field on the Directory Listing Form is on the Commitment List for IMA 22.0. Peggy Esquibel-Reed-Qwest stated that we will remove that candidate from the IMA 23.0 list. She said that Qwest and the CLEC ranks each CR on the list by providing a point value from 1 through 11. Peggy said that the highest point value (11) should be assigned to the CR that Qwest and the CLECs wish to be implemented first. The next point value (10) should be assigned to the CR that Qwest and the CLECs wish to be implemented second and so on. The lowest point value (1) should be assigned to the least desired CR. Peggy stated that the total points will be calculated by the Qwest CMP Manager and the results will be distributed to the CLECs via mailout within 2 business days following the submission of the ranking. Peggy reviewed the timelines associated with prioritization: - Qwest Re-Distributes the Prioritization Form by 5 pm MT on August 20th - The Completed Prioritization Form will be submitted to cmpcr@qwest.com by 5 pm MT on August 23rd. - Qwest e-mails the Initital Prioritization Form by 5 pm MT on August 27th. - Peggy asked if everyone would like to provide their top 2 candidates.
