The meeting notice included copies of the agenda, the candidate overview document, and a summary sheet of changes that customers can expect to see in the final version of the tech specs that do not appear in the draft. Kyle explained that the walkthrough would cover the candidates, the candidate impacts to the associated documentation, and the IMA EDI Disclosure Documentation overview. SCR103102-02 - Eliminate PON Tracking for Reserved TNs Angela Stewart reviewed the information provided in the candidate overview document circulated with the meeting agenda and the meeting notification announcement. Kyle opened the floor to Questions. Steve Early asked if the values are the same as those in the TNAR response. Angela Stewart and Anders Ingemarson confirmed that this is the case. Joyce from Mcleod asked if a TN is pulled using an order, then the order is cancelled, can the TN be pulled again for another transaction? Angela Stewart stated that yes, that is possible, provided that the cancellation comes first. Chris-Terrell asked if the PON is not required to reserve the TN. Angela Stewart stated that no PON is required to reserve the TN. Joyce asked if a PON was used on the TN reservation if the reserved TN would be required to be populated on an order with that PON. Angela Stewart stated that yes it would, if it is used then the edit process is still the same and it will be rejected if it is on an order with a different PON then how it was reserved. Kyle asked about GUI documentation updates. Mark Haynes covered the changes to the Error Messages. Gary Berroa covered the changes to the PCATs. Kyle explained that the PCATs and other GUI documentation publish on the 28 day timeline, so the draft of the GUI documentation will appear on March 13, 2006. There were no additional questions. Kyle moved discussion to the next candidate. Kyle asked if there were any more questions about any of the candidates or this portion of the walkthrough. There were no questions.

7/22/04 Systems CMP Meeting

Jill Martain/Qwest stated that Qwest would distribute the ballot on July 27th, it is due back to Qwest on July 30th, and Qwest would email the initial prioritization list to the CLECs on August 3rd. There were no questions.

Liz Balvin/MCI stated that the workaround for this CR is cut & paste and that this is a medium priority for MCI.

8/21/03 CMP Systems Meeting

Liz Balvin/MCI stated that they had low to moderate interest in this CR. Kim Isaacs/Eschelon stated that they were interested. Monica Avila/VarTec stated that they had moderate interest. Donna Osborne-Miller/AT&T stated that they were interested.

Review Requested Description of Change - Lynn Stecklein reviewed the description which states: When a CLEC order requires the reservation of a telephone number (TN), a purchase order number (PON) must be generated on the preorder query "reserve TN" and tracked to populate on the subsequent order per Qwest. Sherry Lichtenberge stated that due to their volume of orders they want Qwest to eliminate this requirement to track and populate a PON as other ILECs do.

Confirm Areas and Products Impacted IMA Common, All Products, Pre-Order and Ordering

Identify/Confirm CLECs Expectation That Qwest eliminate the requirement to track and populate a PON preorder to order for orders that require a reserved TN.

Monica Manning/Qwest stated that the change request was clear and did not have any further questions.

Identify any Dependent Systems Change Requests NA

Establish Action Plan WorldCom will present this change request in the November CMP Systems Meeting.

RE: SCR103102-02 Eliminate PON tracking requirement for Reserved TNs Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR103102-02). Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held November 8, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 1425-2375 hours for this IMA Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.

This Change Request is an eligible candidate for the IMA 13.0 prioritization vote.
