Project Meetings

3/20/19 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this CR is in CLEC Test as of March 1, 2019. The CABS BOS Version 58 changes were effective as of that date. The changes for CenturyLink were very minimal. Mark said we would like to move this CR to a Completed status and asked if there were any objections. There were none.

2/20/19 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the Production effective date for this CR is planned for March 1, 2019. We will consider this CR for closure in the March meeting. Mark asked if there were any questions on Attachment K. There were none.

01/16/19 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said that the system walkthrough was conducted immediately following the December CMP Systems meeting. The Final System Release notification was distributed on December 28, 2018. The Production effective date for this release is planned for March 1, 2019.

12/12/18 Walkthrough Meeting Minutes Approximately 9:45 AM MTN

NOTE: The CABS BOS System Release Walkthrough began immediately following the monthly CMP meeting for December 2018. The walkthrough material to be reviewed is posted on the CenturyLink Document review site at http://www.centurylink.com/wholesale/cmp/review.html associated with System notification number SYST.CBOS.11.30.18.F.17014.BOSVersion58Difference.

Susan Lorence – CenturyLink took the attendance of those remaining on the call.

Ryan Gfeller – CenturyLink said this walkthrough will be very simple. There are no changes to the format of the bill or CSR records for the CABS March 2019 release. Ryan said there are some technical internal changes but there is nothing that is customer impacting.

Kim Isaacs – Allstream asked if there were any changes to what is viewed by customers.

Ryan Gfeller – CenturyLink said no. The format of the header will change to go from BOS 57 to BOS 58 but there are no other updates at this point. Ryan said the CABS release will be implemented at the end of February 2019 and will be reflected on the March 2019 bills.

There were no other questions and the walkthrough concluded at 9:50 AM MT.

12/12/18 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this Industry Guideline CR was presented last month. The initial System Release notification was distributed on November 30, 2018 and provided the CenturyLink Differences list. The Production effective date is March 1, 2019. Mark reminded everyone that the release walkthrough was scheduled to immediately follow the CMP Systems meeting today.

11/14/18 System CMP Meeting Ryan Gfeller – CenturyLink presented this new Industry Guideline CR from the Technical Review Group (TRG) that is associated with CABS BOS Version 58 for bill and CSR output. Ryan said the release will be effective with March 2019 billing. He said he does not believe there are any changes for CABS with this Version other than a change to the version number.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the Draft Technical specifications notification will be sent on November 30, 2018 with the March 1, 2019 effective date. The notice will provide the CenturyLink Differences list.

Ryan Gfeller – CenturyLink said that is correct. He said at this time, it does not appear there are any changes to the CABS Differences List for both CABS and UNEs other than the version number.
