Description Of Change
With the deployment of the QORA release on November 6, 2006, the Clarification/Notification Request form will be used to communicate the status of an order that has a delayed order condition. Today, the IMA jeopardy notices provide an update on the delayed order status for those products processed via a LSR, and with the QORA release in November, this will alleviate the need for the HEET tool as the CLECs can see the order updates via the QORA system for ASR related requests.

Retire HEET on January 15, 2007.
