EXPECTED DELIVERABLE:

Resolution of OBF 2367 created the data element "Send to OCN" to be populated on the 110XXX EMI records to ensure the appropriate company receives the records for billing in a meet point situation. The data element resides in positions 187-190 on the following EMI records: 110101, 110102, 110103, 110104, 110105, 110106, 110120, 110122, 110125, 110126, 110131, 110132, 110162, 110201. The "Send to OCN" should be populated with the OCN of the company that is receiving the records at all times in a meet point situation, but it is not prohibited from being populated for other purposes. Qwest's compliance implementing the OBF issue will meet customer's expectations.

Upon further review of this Change Request, the Level of Effort for the this Change Request has been revised. The revised Level of Effort for this Change Request is 7,000 - 8,000 hours.

Qwest is currently reviewing release schedules and development timetables for potential scheduling of this Change Request.

This Qwest submitted Change Request is as a result of OBF issue 2367 which will create a data element 'Send to OCN' in positions 187-190 on the 110XXX EMI records. Details can be found at the ATIS web site.

This Change Request, SCR101802-01IG, will be at the November Systems CMP Meeting. The Level of Effort (LOE) for this Change Request is 10,565 hours.
