8/20/14 System CMP Meeting SCR092713-1 Change for Listing Migration of ACT=Z SCR101111-5IG IMA – LSOG – DL Form Update SCR070513-1 Where’s My Technician XML/API Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said these CRs associated with IMA Release 36.0 have been in CLEC Test since April 2014. Based on an issue identified last month, the July CLEC migration was postponed until August 17. Mark said there were 22 CLECs that successfully migrated last weekend and no reported issues. Mark said CenturyLink would like to move these CRs to Completed status. There were no objections.

7/16/14 System CMP Meeting SCR092713-1 Change for Listing Migration of ACT=Z SCR101111-5IG IMA – LSOG – DL Form Update SCR070513-1 Where’s My Technician XML/API Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said these three CRs associated with IMA Release 36.0 have been in CLEC Test since the release implementation date of April 28, 2014. This coming weekend, July 20, 2014, is the next CLEC migration weekend and there are a number of CLECs scheduled for that weekend. We will leave the CRs in CLEC Test until the August monthly meeting.

6/18/14 System CMP Meeting SCR070513-1 Where’s My Technician XML/API SCR092713-1 Change for Listing Migration of ACT=Z SCR101111-5IG IMA – LSOG – DL Form Update Mark Coyne – CenturyLink these three CRs have been in CLEC Test since April 28, 2014. The first CLEC migration was May 18, 2014 however no CLEC migration occurred then. July 20, 2014 is the next CLEC migration weekend and several CLECs are scheduled for that weekend. We will leave the CRs in CLEC Test.

5/21/14 System CMP Meeting SCR070513-1 Where’s My Technician XML/API SCR092713-1 Change for Listing Migration of ACT=Z SCR101111-5IG IMA – LSOG – DL Form Update Mark Coyne – CenturyLink these three CRs associated with IMA Release 36.0 were implemented April 28, 2014 and are in CLEC Test. The first CLEC migration from IMA XML 35.0 to IMA XML 36.0 was May 18, 2014 however no CLEC migration occurred over the weekend. The next CLEC migration weekend is scheduled for July 20, 2014. CenturyLink will leave the CRs in CLEC Test until then.

4/16/14 System CMP Meeting SCR070513-1 Where’s My Technician XML/API SCR092713-1 Change for Listing Migration of ACT=Z SCR101111-5IG IMA – LSOG – DL Form Update

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said these three CRs associated with IMA Release 36.0 will be implemented April 28, 2014 and will be moved to CLEC Test at that time. The System downtime notice for the Release weekend will be sent shortly.

Susan Lorence – CenturyLink said the notice to provide planned Release downtime had been distributed that morning, April 16, 2014.

2/19/2014 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed that though the planned implementation date for these CRs is now April 28, 2014, all other dates will remain the same on the IMA Release 36.0 Timeline. Mark said a system notice had been sent to customers on February 14, 2014 to relay the new Production date and it was also relayed in the IMA Release 36.0 Walkthrough that occurred on February 17, 2014.

1/15/2014 Systems CMP Meeting Chuck Anderson - CenturyLink provided a brief overview of the upcoming changes associated with this LSOG CR to be implemented in IMA Release 36.0. Chuck said he wanted customer to understand that several forms were impacted including Directory Listings (DL), Directory Service Confirmation & Error Detail (DSRED) which will be merged in to the Local Response (LR) form, and the Listing Reconciliation (LSTR) form will be rebrand to Directory Listings Inquiry (DLI). Chuck said there is a stand alone LSTR transaction and an embedded LSTR within the CSR transaction.

Kim Isaacs - Integra asked on the DLI form, will that still be stand alone and embedded.

Chuck Anderson - CenturyLink said yes. On the stand alone, CenturyLink is basically doing a rebranding and it will behave identically. Chuck said with XML though, the old version has to be supported as well as the new version. There may be some renaming but that the form basically remains the same. Chuck relayed regarding the renaming of the LSTR to DLI, there may a change to the WSDL to support multi release efforts. The current LSTR sections will remain and then a second section, mainly duplicate of LSTR, will be created for the newly named DLI. Chuck asked if there were any other questions. There were none.

10/16/2013 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink reviewed the proposed draft IMA Release 36.0 Package scheduled for April 2014 and the LOEs associated with those Change Requests. Mark said we are getting close to having the CenturyLink Release capacity for 2014 available and that once it is received, we may need to revisit this IMA package for next year. He said if it is close to what we expect, we would use the Special Change Request Process (SCRP) for any additional hours required for the LSOG DL Form Update, Change Request SCR101111-5IG. Mark asked if there were any questions. There were none.

11/14/2012 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the LOE is still pending.

10/17/2012 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the LOE is still pending. Mark said the CenturyLink SMES are waiting for OBF to finalize updates in 2013 before proceeding on this one.

08/15/2012 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that the two CRs on the list, SCR101111-4IG and SCR101111-5IG were still pending LOEs and would be considered in 2013.

07/18/2012 Systems Monthly CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that the two CRs on the list, SCR101111-4IG and SCR101111-5IG were still pending LOEs.

06/20/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that the LOE for the LSOG Phase 1 CR is 2200 hours. LOEs for SCR101111-4IG and SCR101111-5IG are still under evaluation.

04/18/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that we are still waiting for LOEs on the three IMA LSOG CRs. Mark said the SMEs are continuing to analyze each form which is a huge project. They hope to be done within 30-45 days.

03/21/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that we were still waiting for LOEs on the three IMA LSOG CRs though we hope to get them included in IMA Release 33.0. If necessary, CenturyLink will follow the late adder process.

01/18/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said that we had hoped to have the LOEs for the three LSOG CRs. The LOEs will be shared when they are available.

Jeff Sonnier – Sprint asked for clarification around the CRs/LOEs that were referenced and whether they were for the whole year.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said that the CRs are for specific changes that CenturyLink wants to make. These changes are not targeted for the April IMA release.
