On December 31, 2006, Qwest will be retiring dialup as an option for electronic access to the IMA (Interconnect Mediated Access) GUI. Qwest will continue to offer electronic access (web access and direct connection) to the IMA GUI. IMA GUI Internet access has been available to the CLEC community since the implementation of IMA Release 7.0 in May of 2001. With the retirement of the dialup option, references to dialup access will be removed from Wholesale OSS web documentation following the appropriate CMP notification process.
Retirement of the dialup option will occur more than sixty (60) days after the submission of this SCR. Qwest will provide a sixty (60) day Initial Retirement Notification, and a twenty-one (21) day Final Retirement Notification in which Qwest will respond to CLEC Comments (if applicable) and confirm the retirement date.

| January 17, 2007 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this was effective on December 31, 2006 and asked if it was okay to close it. Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon stated that it could be closed.
-- December 14, 2006 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this change will be effective on December 31st and asked if there were any questions. Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon asked if there were any CLECs doing dial-up. Carol McKenzie-Qwest said no. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this change was noticed in November. Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon stated that she did see the notice and is aware of this, she was just curious.
- October 18, 2006 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Carol McKenzie-Qwest presented the Change Request and stated that Qwest was targeting a December 31, 2006 retirement. Carol then reviewed the timeline included in the CRs description. Carol asked if there were any questions. There were no comments or questions brought forward. Susan Lorence-Qwest stated that this CR moves to Presented status.
