Liz Balvin/MCI stated that this CR can be closed and that they would review in production and open a trouble ticket if necessary. Liz said that there is an open item on the question log regarding the listing reconciliation. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that she would follow up with the EDI team.

12/17/03 CMP Systems Meeting

Liz Balvin/MCI stated that she has an open item on the question log and that she was having a difficult time understanding which fields relate to which response. Liz requested that Qwest provide the distinctive fields that equate to each transaction when a transaction type M is requested. Liz requested to leave open.

9/18/03 CMP Systems Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest stated that MCI was waiting for McLeod to test this CR. Liz Balvin/MCI stated that with IMA 14.0 coming she would like to leave this CR open. Liz Balvin/MCI asked what transaction comes back in the GUI. Stephanie Prull/McLeod stated that the CSR transaction comes back, not the LSTR transaction.

8/21/03 CMP Systems Meeting

Liz Balvin/MCI asked if McLeod could test this as well and would like to leave this CR open. Stephanie Prull/McLeod said yes. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon noted that there is a Product/Process CR that is requesting to change the CMP document to find a way for a CLEC to make a change when they don’t have the ability to test so that the CR does not stay open for months. Liz Balvin/MCI asked what the transaction was called in the GUI. Stephanie Prull/McLeod stated that the transaction in the GUI is the LSTR.. Stephanie Prull/McLeod said that they will have two different Log In sites. They have one Log In for FBDL and one Log In for LSTR and wanted to know if there is a compatibility issue. Connie Winston/Qwest said that she was not familiar with two Log In’s. This CR will remain open.

Review Requested (Description of) Change - Lynn Stecklein/Qwest reviewed the change request. For end User information via EDI, Qwest currently offers Pre-Order Transaction Types of E (CSR) and T (Listings by Telephone Number). This change request is for Qwest to implement the OBF Industry Guideline Pre Order Transaction Type of "M" (Combined E&T). By a CLEC designating a Transaction Type of "M" the response transaction would return the combined itemization of details (I.e. fields) currently contained on independent transaction types E&T.

Confirm Areas & Products Impacted The interface impacted is IMA - EDI and the product is LSTR (Listing Reconciliation) on Facility Based Directory Listings.

Identify CLECs Expectation CLECs using EDI for Pre-Order with Qwest could initiate a Transaction Type of "M" which would result in a response transaction that would contain the combined fields currently identified for Transaction Types E&T.

Identify any Dependent Systems Change Request NA

Establish Action Plan WorldCom will present this change request in the November CMP Systems Meeting.

RE: SCR100102-02 Enhancement to the Qwest CSI/CSR Transaction Capabilities

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR100102-02). Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held October 10, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 2050 to 3400 hours for this IMA Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.

This Change Request is an eligible candidate for the IMA 13.0 prioritization vote.
