|
Currently the PSON contains only the S&E (service and equipment) section of the Qwest service order. The sections of the service order omitted from the PSON contain valuable information for a CLEC which includes, billing, the customer address and listing information. In an effort to ensure this information is correct on the Qwest service order, the PSON will need to include the information. If the information is not included and there is an error on the service order somewhere other than the S&E section, this can have a negative impact to a CLEC’s customer up to and including OOS conditions.

2/16/05 Systems CMP Meeting
Jill Martain-Qwest stated that there were fixes on 12-18-04 and 1-28-05. Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon stated that they will take an action item to determine if this CR can be closed. Bonnie said that she will close off line if applicable.
1/19/05 CMP Systems Meeting
Jill Martain/Qwest stated that there was a fix on December 18, 2004 and that there is a fix scheduled for January 28, 2005. Jill stated that this CR would remain in CLEC Test and would be discussed at the February CMP Meeting.
12/15/04 CMP Systems Meeting
Jill Martain/Qwest stated that Qwest will implement two systems fixes to resolve this issue. Jill said that the 1st is scheduled for December 18, 2004 and will resolve the issue for the Eastern Region. Jill said that the 2nd is scheduled for January 28, 2005 and will resolve the issue for the Central Region. Jill said that the notification was sent on December 14th and that this CR will remain in CLEC Test.
11/17/04 Systems CMP Meeting
John Gallegos/Qwest asked if Eschelon was okay to close this CR. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that they have sent comments with their concerns and they don’t believe that the functionality is working. John Gallegos/Qwest said that this CR will remain in CLEC Test.

Connie Winston/Qwest stated that a Patch for this CR was completed in 16.0. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that Eschelon is still validating.

5/20/04 Systems CMP Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest stated that an Event Notification was sent on the outstanding ticket stating that the fix will be implemented with 16.0. This CR was discussed earlier in Attachment G. This action remains open.

4/22/04 CMP Systems Meeting
Connie Winston/Qwest stated that we will have a patch date soon and will Event Notify. Randy Owen/Qwest stated that we did Event Notify on March 5, 2004.
This CR remains in CLEC Test.
3/18/04 CMP Systems Meeting
Connie Winston/Qwest said that the event notification has been sent and closed with TBD. Connie stated that the date would be determined after 15.0.
2/19/04 CMP Systems Meeting
Connie Winston/Qwest stated that we have had several discussions with Eschelon regarding this CR. Connie stated that we originally defined the PSON data as ‘I’ activity. Connie said that we might not have met the CLECs expectation because we need to display the recap portion on the PSON. Connie stated that we would like to open a ticket to work as a bug and will event notify. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon thanked Qwest for their efforts on this CR. Bonnie re-iterated that they do need the recap information on the service order. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that this CR would remain open until the patch is complete.
1/22/04 CMP Systems Meeting
Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that she felt this CR was not implemented as Eschelon expected and that this CR cannot be closed. Bonnie stated that she hoped that this CR would tie into the recap issue. Bonnie said that they use PSONs very actively. Bonnie stated that Jill (Martain/Qwest) indicated that it is on the service order but not on the PSON. Bonnie asked if this was related to the listing issue. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that she understands the issue and that this is all related. Connie stated that the PSON is showing the ‘I’ activity and not recapping. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that if they have to add another step of looking at the CSR, LSR and PSON to compare will become manual. Connie Winston/Qwest asked if there were other meetings scheduled with Jill (Martain). Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that the meeting was for PIA, not really for PSON. Bonnie stated that service order accuracy just happened to come up on that call. Bonnie stated that Jill (Martain) stated that she would open a CR but that she (Bonnie) told her that Eschelon had this CR opened already. Bonnie stated that Qwest made an assumption that Eschelon did not need to see that and stated that Eschelon needs to know of any assumptions. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that she would discuss with Jill (Martain/Qwest) and see what needs to be done.
12/17/03 CMP Systems Meeting Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that she sent examples to Qwest to determine whether Qwest provided updated information. Bonnie said that they requested information on the PSON and Qwest never said that they would only provide in certain scenarios. Bonnie asked how they could get the information on all orders. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that we would take an action item to review the example and determine how big the change would be. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that to only get the information when a change applies is not adequate. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that she would resend the examples to Lynn Stecklein/Qwest.

Subject: FW: CMP Action Item for SCR093002-04 Please see note below. This should go to Connie Winston. Based on this analysis, Eschelon asks Qwest to leave this CR open until the CR is fulfilled. Eschelon's request was to have the additional information provided on the PSON. Eschelon did not specify that it was only required on certain types of LSRs/orders, nor did Qwest disclose to Eschelon that the information would not be provided on all PSONs.
Can you provide a date the information requested will provide on all PSONs?

11/20/03 CMP Systems Meeting Stephanie Prull/Eschelon stated that McLeod is going certify to this release and would like this CR to remain open. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that when this CR was implemented, the information requested is only being provided when changing and not recapping. Connie Winston/Qwest asked if Eschelon was expecting recapping. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said yes and that it does not always end up that way. Connie Winston/Qwest said that we can give you a copy of the CSR and a recap should not change anything. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that if it is not appearing, then they can assume no changes to functions and if there are no changes, then you will not show it to us. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that there is nothing on the service order that would cause a change. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that on the CSR, it would have the suite number and the service order does not have the suite number, that the service order will show address only. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that it will not error or change if not recapped and that it requires an I and O activity to change something. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that when you submit an order and are asking for no listing changes, there is no FID to ensure no changes. Connie Winston/Qwest that when there are not changes to listings, no new FID is added and asked if we are see this on the PSON. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said will have to look. Connie Winston/Qwest asked if Eschelon would let Qwest know if they are seeing something different.

Kim Isaacs/Eschelon said that there is a trouble ticket on this CR. Connie Winston/Qwest said that this will stay open and that we will look at the stripping PSON ticket.
2/20/03 CMP Systems Meeting
Connie Winston/Qwest stated that when Qwest was defining this change they noticed that the same information is shared for the completion report. She stated that the CR could also apply to completions and that if the CLECs wanted this then the CR would be on the higher range of the LOE. She continued that some CLECs use the notices in a similar way and that they did not want to throw off the process by having them different. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that she was not thinking that the change would apply to completions too, but that it may apply to other CLECs. Stephanie Prull/McLeodUSA stated that McLeod would like to see completions reflect in this change. Donna Osborne-Miller/AT&T stated that they would also like completions added. Kit Thomte/Qwest asked if all the CLECs agreed to this change in scope. The CLECs agreed. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that Qwest would move ahead with definition of the change and that the CR would be on the higher end of the LOE.
11/21/02 CMP Systems Meeting Connie Winston-Qwest noted the LOE was 2975-4950. She added that there was a concern with the listing of Centrex. She stated that it was a lot of data and that this would be a good candidate to bring forward in the design section to review and determine if the proposed solution made sense.
Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon stated that once Qwest provided the data then Eschelon could review and see if they wanted to remove Centrex from the product list.
Connie Winston-Qwest stated that Centrex would be considered a risk due to the amount of data.

Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon responded - service address, LA or SA, from the Listings Section, Billed To information, the Listing Section information is the most important section. If the address is incorrect on a loop order, she doesn't know that because she can only see the S & E Section information. John Gallegos/Qwest asked if would like to see Traffic. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated yes. Denise Martinez/Qwest asked if would like to see Retained Remarks. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said yes. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that wants to see ALL information that is on a service order, except for proprietary information. There were no additional comments or questions.

| DRAFT RESPONSE November 5, 2002 RE: SCR093002-04 Update PSON to include all service order information including listing, billing and service address Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR093002-04). Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held October 7, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 2975 to 4950 hours for this IMA Change Request and 700 to 875 hours for SATE. At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.
