Requesting a new indicator on the Service Activity File (SOACTVTY.DET this new file replaced the previous OCC files), to break out the nonrecurring and fractional charges. The old OCC files did break out nonrecurring and fractional charges, therefore it’s replacement (Service Activity File) should offer the same breakdown. Currently McLeod is being forced to page through 15,000 page bills, to determine the breakout. This manual workaround can not be a long term solution.
