CenturyLink will be changing the way the EVC (Ethernet Virtual Circuit)data is processed specific to MOE accounts. Currently, the EVC data is provided as additional data associated to the KSTAY FID in the CSR (Customer Service Record) detail. CenturyLink will be making a change to provide the EVC data as a unique circuit. It will be associated to the CLS FID, which is a classified as a left-handed FID for those customers that receive the CABS BOS BDT format for CSR data. There are no process changes for the customer during the ordering flow. This is only a change to the CSR data output.
The new record will be identified by the EVC circuit ID. All billable elements associated with the EVC will appear on this record. There are no impacts to the CSR or billing BDT record format or fields per se. The difference is that CenturyLink will be generating records with specific EVC data in a circuit format. This is true for both bill and CSR records for MOE accounts.
The benefit of this change is to provide a more clear depiction of each element and what MOE circuit to which they relate.
The proposed implementation date is 1/9/12.

| 02/15/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed the effective date was 1-19-12 and asked if it could be moved to Completed. There were no objections. 01/18/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed there are two deploying CRs: SCR090711-1 will deploy on January 19, 2012. SCR121608-02 will deploy on February 13, 2012 in all states except Minnesota. 11/16/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said there was a change to the release production date. The date has been moved from January 9, 2012 to January 19, 2012. 9/21/11 Systems CMP Meeting Diane Morrell – CenturyLink presented this new CR which is a change to MOE accounts and explained what would be different once the system changes were in place. She stated the proposed implementation date is January 9, 2012. Mark Coyne –CenturyLink said the notice would follow the 73 day timeline and asked if there were any questions and there were none.
