Allow a CEMR user to request pending DLRs vs. IE (In Effect) DLRs. To request pending DLRs, the user must have the ability to enter the Qwest service order number. In Effect DLRs are obtained based on circuit ID entry.

| August 15, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR was implemented 7/22/07.
July 18, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the deployment date for this CR is July 22nd.
March 21, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the targeted date for this CR is July 22nd and noted that the CR has been revised to remove MEDIACC from the request.
- November 15, 2006 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the LOE for this CR is 789 to 1189 hours and that this action item will be closed.
October 18, 2006 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Denise Martinez-Qwest presented the CR and asked if there were any questions. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon asked if this is for all products that have DLRs available now. Denise Martinez-Qwest said yes. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon asked if there would be any changes for the LSR or ASR, on the order, so the information would be available in CEMR. Denise Martinez-Qwest stated that as long as the DLR was requested, Qwest would provide it. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon asked if there would be any changes to a field. Denise Martinez-Qwest stated no, the request would be made just as today. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon asked if there would then be two ways that a DLR could be provided, IE by circuit ID and/or with a Qwest Service Order Number for pending items. Denise Martinez-Qwest stated that was correct. There were no additional questions or comments. Susan Lorence-Qwest stated that this CR moves to presented status.
-- September 13, 2006 Clarification: There is no addition infomration for this Change Request. This CR is due for presentation at the October Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, scheduled for October 18, 2006. Qwest Response is due November 14, 2006.

- October 26, 2006 RE: SCR090706-01 CEMR / MEDIACC - Provide Pending DLRs Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of SCR090706-01. Based upon the scope of this CR, Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 789 to 1189 hours for this CEMR/MEDIACC Change Request.
