Enhance IMA to allow for the mechanization of requesting optional conditioning through the use of the SCA field on the LSR form. This will allow two new levels of conditioning to be available on unbundled loop specific to NC LXR-, LX-N and ADU-.

| 12/14/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink identified that there was a list of CRs to be considered for closure. He said the CRs were included in the IMA Release on 10/17/11 and were in CLEC test. Mark said there was a mid cycle conversion on November 19 and asked that all of these CRs be considered for closure. There were no objections. 11/16/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said all of these relate to IMA Release 31 that went in on 10/17/11. Steph Prull – Integra asked that the following be left open: SCR012511-1, SCR012511-2, SCR012511-3, and SCR083010-1. PAETEC is moving to IMA 31.0 Release this weekend. Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said we would likely leave all of the CRs open. 5/18/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest relayed again that this CR was partially implemented with the IMA 30.0 release and that the CR was revised and will be left in development with the additional updates included in the IMA Release 31.0 in October. Under Attachment J - Mark Coyne – Qwest relayed that the LOE for this CR had been received and it is 500-700 hours. Mark said the total LOE at this point for IMA 31.0 is about 2900 hours with available capacity as 6500 hours which includes the packaged CRs on the list. Bonnie Johnson - Integra questioned whether all of the CRs would be scheduled or whether there was still a need to rank the CRs in case there were any issues with the release. Mark Coyne – Qwest said currently all CRs would be in the release as it is only at half capacity. 4/20/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest said the CR was partially implemented with the IMA 30.0 release. The CR was revised and will be included in the IMA Release 31.0 in October. See Attachment N -- IMA Release 30.0 Commitment. 11/17/10 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest indicated that there are two candidates for IMA Release 30.0 planned for April. Mark said in regard to release capacity for next year, Qwest typically sends a notice out the by middle of December so customers will know the capacity for 2011. 09/15/10 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest presented this CR on behalf of Linda Harmon. Mark indicated that this CR is to enhance IMA to allow for the mechanization of requesting optional conditioning through the use of the SCA field on the LSR form. This will allow two new levels of conditioning to be available on unbundled loop specific to NC LXR-, LX-N and ADU-. Mark relayed the proposed implementation date is with IMA Release 30 on April 18, 2011.
