Description Of Change |
Add a Read Only User access for IMA. For users who need to access info but do not need to make changes or add orders. Such as a Salesman who wishes to Qualify a loop for DSL service. Then they can look up the information themselves and need not bother the Provisioning staff.

6/15/05 Systems CMP Meeting Jill Martain - Qwest stated that Vail Resort requested that this CR be withdrawn Bonnie Johnson - Eschelon said that they may want to pick up this CR. Jill Martain - Qwest said that Eschelon should send an e-mail to CMPCR@qwest.com if they wanted to sponsor this CR. 6/24/05 E-mail from Eschelon In CMP last week, I told Qwest there were two CRs Eschelon could consider adopting. I just wanted to let you know, Eschelon has decided not to do so at this time. Thanks,

2/16/05 Systems CMP Meeting - IMA 18.0 Candidate Discussion
Vail Resort was not in attendance and there was no discussion on this CR
7/22/04 Systems CMP Meeting
Jill Martain/Qwest stated that Qwest would distribute the ballot on July 27th, it is due back to Qwest on July 30th, and Qwest would email the initial prioritization list to the CLECs on August 3rd. There were no questions.
The CR Originator was not on the conference bridge. The difference between this CR and a McLeod CR will be added to the meeting minutes and to the CR. This CR is for the GUI only. SCR082801-1 Add a Read Only User access for IMA This SCR is asking for Read Only access to the GUI, which I interpret as full access to PreOrder, and Read Only access to Order. SCR010902-1 Limited IMA GUI Access for Pre-Order Transactions Only This one is asking for full access to PreOrder only. PostOrder is not mentioned, so it would have to be clarified if that should be included in either or both access levels. The fact that they are different is also alluded to in the following comment in SCR 010902-1: Jonathon Spangler/AT&T asked how this CR would differ from the Vail Resorts Telecom (SCR82801-1) request around allowing the sales team the ability to browse/read only. Connie Winston/Qwest said that this CR would allow users the ability to view anything. There was a brief discussion regarding whether this CR was a duplicate of the Vail Resorts Telecom CR. The consensus was that they were different and both needed to be retained.
8/21/03 CMP systems meeting Connie Winston/Qwest stated that Qwest would contact Vail to see if they wanted to withdraw. Stephanie Prull/McLeod stated that thought that this functionality was already available with different log-in capabilities.

CenturyLink Response |
Qwest can place access limits on the IMA user access. Qwest will work with the CLECs to define the requirements for those limits. (i.e. not allow the user access to the LSR portion of the system)
