Description Of Change
In CEMR trouble type selection, Qwest will be adding a troubleshooting flow for the AIN feature - Advanced Security Screen located under the Features trouble type category. This enhancement is for parity purposes and will provide correct troubleshooting steps and ticketing options for this feature.

02/16/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest indicated the effective date was January 30, 2011. As indicated previously, this CR is associated with updates to the CEMR online help only; there were no other application changes associated with this release. This CR is in CLEC Test and we would like propose we move it to a Complete status. Mark asked if there were any objections. There were none.

01/19/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest indicated we have one deploying change. It is a CEMR request - SCR081910-1 Enhance CEMR Functionality to provide troubleshooting flow for Advanced Security Screen. This one is set to go in on January 30, 2011.

09/15/10 Systems CMP Meeting Lisa Preble – Qwest indicated that Qwest will be adding a troubleshooting flow for the AIN feature - Advanced Security Screen located under the Features trouble type category. Lisa said this enhancement is for parity purposes and will provide correct troubleshooting steps and ticketing options for this feature. The expected delivery date is mid December 2010.
