When a CLEC submits complete details required by Qwest to secure a CSR, the response transaction does "not" provide any of the following details in a fielded format (per LSOG's 3, 4 & 5): -directory delivery information -directory type, listing, style, etc details -end user name -feature & feature details -blocking information -alpha/numeric listing identifier -any DID, hunting, signaling, or channel type information -PIC or LPIC information -NC, NCI, or SECNCI information -yellow page heading, etc type information

| August 21, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that yes, it is included with the CR for Parsed & Structured CSR. Liz Balvin/MCI stated that she would then withdraw her CR, SCR081602-01 based on the implementation of the AT&T CR SCR022703-04. There were no additional questions or comments.
July 17, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Liz Balvin/MCI asked if an AT&T CR, SCR022703-04 for Parsed CSR changes, accommodates this CR. Liz stated that she believes that it will cover MCI’s CR. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that could be checked into and stated that if can be, may look for a withdrawal of the CR. There were no additional questions or comments.
March 20, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion Regarding IMA 14.0 Prioritization: Liz Balvin/WorldCom stated that this is very high on WorldCom’s list. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that this should be IMA Common. Liz Balvin/WorldCom asked if this is product specific. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that All is accurate for the impacted products.
December 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Kit Thomte/Qwest reviewed the prioritization process as defined in the CMP document. She noted that December 30th, 2002 is the due date for submitted votes. Judy Schultz/Qwest noted that the due date would be included in the instructions in the notification that goes out with the ballot. Kit Thomte/Qwest reviewed the sample prioritization form. Liz Balvin/WorldCom reviewed the request. WorldCom would like the ability to have that information populated on the pre-order query. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked if this was big for WorldCom. Liz Balvin/WorldCom stated that we’d like it but it’s lower on our list.
September 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Liz Balvin/WorldCom presented CR and stated that the Clarification Meeting was held. She believes that Qwest is clear on the request. Michael Buck/Qwest stated that yes, Qwest is clear, the LOE is provided and reviewed the CR response as noted in the package. This CR is eligible for 13.0 IMA vote.

Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest asked for confirmation that this request was for IMA EDI. Liz Balvin/WorldCom advised that the WorldCom request is specifically for IMA EDI, however, Qwest may want to opt to do for GUI as well. Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest advised would make note of that information. Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest asked for confirmation that this request was for All Products. Liz Balvin/WorldCom - Yes. Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest asked for confirmation that this request was impacting to Pre-Ordering. Liz Balvin/WorldCom - Yes. Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest asked WorlCom if they had any additional information or comments to add. Dave Burley/WorldCom stated that fields for the information noted in the CR Description are grayed out. Monica Manning/Qwest - This CR is saying that WorldCom would like to see the information fielded? Dave Burley/WorldCom - Yes, and is aware that some information is not stored. Monica Manning/Qwest - Is this according to the Customer Service Inquiry Guidelines in OBF? Dave Burley/WorldCom - Yes, and used LSOG 5 as the base. There were no other question, the call was adjourned.

| DRAFT Response September 6, 2002 RE: SCR081602-01 Pre-order transaction CSR Retrieval lacking pertinent response information. Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR081602-01). Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held August 27, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 5500 to 8000 hours for this IMA Change Request. At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request. This Change Request is an eligible candidate for the IMA 13.0 prioritization vote. Sincerely, Qwest
