10/20/10 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest indicated this is related to the IMA Release 29.0 that will be going in this coming weekend.

Mindy Chapman – Neustar said she found a DL problem with IMA 28 but could not remember what it was. Mindy said she was not sure if a ticket was opened.

Susan Lorence – Qwest asked Mindy to email it to Carrie.

Carrie Bousfield - Qwest asked if it was a trouble ticket.

Mindy Chapman – Neustar indicated that she was not sure if something was opened and that it was not one of these CRs but the DL reminded her of it. Mindy said she would find and resend it.

Mark Coyne – Qwest asked if it was a Production Trouble Ticket.

Carrie Bousfield – Qwest indicated that no but it was something weird and that it has been that way for awhile.

Mark Coyne – Qwest asked if was just IMA 28.0.

Mindy Chapman – Neustar said no that she was testing IMA 28.0 and happened to find this problem. It was requiring some field that was not required.

7/21/10 Systems CMP Meeting Lee Gomez – Qwest presented this CR. This is more a documentation change where Qwest is adding this as an FYI that indicates TOA=SC data is ignored. The Publisher determines whether School listings will be included in the Government section of a directory. Schools are different than Federal Government. To determine if school listings will be included, the customer should contact the publisher.

Brenda Bloemke – Comcast asked for every school listing, will we have to contact publisher.

Lee Gomez – Qwest relayed that it always appears in the white pages but Qwest cannot guarantee it will be in the Government section because DEX does not always use the value to the determine school listings location. Lee relayed that if you have a need for it to be in that section, then you need to contact the publisher.

Susan Lorence – Qwest inquired if these CRs are going in IMA Release 29.0.

Lee Gomez – Qwest indicated that is correct.
