Description Of Change |
Eschelon is requesting the ability to download the IMA GUI Line Loss Notification responses.. The IMA GUI Line Loss Notification responses should be modified from a read only/cosmetic page to add downloadable functionality. Allowing users the ability to save/export the summary data for a given query to a format that could be downloaded into a different format such as an excel file or a delimited text file, improves the value of the data Qwest currently provides.

Carol explained that the walkthrough would cover the candidates, candidate impacts to the associated documentation, and the IMA XML Disclosure Document. The Meeting Agenda and Candidate Overview document are attached to the Wholesale Calendar entry for the IMA XML 21.0 CLEC Walk-through, which is located at http://www.qwest.com/wholesale/calendar under today’s date. To date there have been no documentation changes identified since Draft disclosure was posted on August 31, 2007 Candidate Reviews SCR062906-01 - Ability to Download IMA GUI Line Loss Notifications Reviewer: Denise Martinez Denise Martinez reviewed the information provided in the candidate overview document and opened the floor to Questions. Kim Isaacs noted that for other IMA downloadable files, some are delivered as e-mail files while others are available in a .csv format. Kim asked which format would be used for the Line Loss files. Denise explained that they would be available in a .csv format. There were no additional questions. IMA XML Disclosure Documentation Review Carol conducted the review of the IMA XML Disclosure Documentation. Carol noted that no documentation changes have been identified since Draft disclosure posted on August 31st. Carol noted that three questions have been submitted through the CMP channels to date. Carol reviewed those questions. Answers to the questions asked will be published with Final Disclosure documentation on Friday, September 28, 2007 at http://www.qwest.com/wholesale/ima/xml/faq.html. Carol noted that CLECs may continue to submit comments through September 18, 2007. Carol opened up the floor to questions regarding changes to the Developer Worksheets (Pre-Order, Order, Other Order and Post Order) and Product/Transaction chapters. There were no questions.

June 20, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this is the current 22.0 Packaging and noted that there are 6 CRs packaged and stated that the LOEs are also on the document. Mark asked if there were any questions or comments. There were none.
- April 18, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this attachment contained the Initial Prioritization List for the IMA 22.0 Release. Mark asked if there were any questions on the list. There were none. Mark then mentioned that Packaging would occur in the June timeframe and be communicated in CMP.

July 19, 2006 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Kim Isaacs/Eschelon presented the CR and stated that Eschelon is looking for similar functionality that will be implemented (SCR032202-1) in the IMA 20.0 October Release. Kim then asked for questions. None were brought forward. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR would move to Presented Status and noted that Qwest would continue to review this request and would provide the response in August.

Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that there was no additional information; it is a pretty straight forward request. Denise Martinez-Qwest agreed and stated that this effort would be similar to the effort that was done for an IMA 20.0 candidate, SCR032202-1 IMA GUI Post/Status Updates/Posted to be Billed. There were no additional questions or comments. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest confirmed that this request is not specific to an area, such as Post Order. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest confirmed that this request is for IMA GUI only. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest confirmed that this request is not for a specific product set. Establish Action Plan & Resolution Time Frame: Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest stated that this CR is due for presentation at the July 19, 2006 Systems CMP Meeting, Qwest would internally review the request, and that Qwest would provide the response to the CR by August 16, 2006.

DRAFT RESPONSE July 25, 2006 RE: SCR0062906-01 (Ability to Download IMA GUI Line Loss Notifications) Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR062906-01. Based upon research that was conducted following the July 13, 2006 clarification meeting, Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 325 to 540 hours for this IMA GUI request. At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.
