Description Of Change |
Minimize resale form and resale Centrex form screen to allow a CLEC submitting an LSR to view the TN and the features in the same screen shot without using the slide bar to go up and down. In addition, when going from one TN to another using the slide bar on the top of the screen, you are forced to adjust your screen if viewing the features. For example, you are submitting an LSR without multiple TN's. You view your first TN and have to adjust to see it's features, then to view the next TN you have to adjust again to get to the TN then again to get to the second TN's features and so on. This process is very cumbersome and leaves room for error as your features may not get added to the correct TN's.

-- April 26, 2005 Ad Hoc Meeting Minutes Attendees: Kim Isaacs-Eschelon, Tom Larson-Cox Communications, Anne Robberson-Qwest, Crystal Soderlund-Qwest, Chuck Anderson-Qwest, Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest stated that Qwest wanted to go over, with the CLEC Community, some possible changes to the Resale, Centrex, and Port Services Screens/Forms for this Change Request that was submitted by Eschelon. Peggy stated that the CR’s title is Mimimize resale form and Centrex Resale form screen to allow a CLEC to view a TN and its features and change to the next TN without adjusting the screen. Peggy noted that the screen mock-ups were provided with the meeting notification that was sent on April 19th and that they should be referenced during this call. Peggy asked if there questions so far. There were none. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that Qwest looked at reducing the amount of scroll navigations and data entry for these screens. Chuck stated that there was a new tab for details and stated that he would like to review the screens and see if the fields were in the right places and that if they were grouped together appropriately. Chuck noted that he would like feedback so that nothing would be missed. Chuck reviewed the Resale Form and noted that the left side of the screen contained the LNUM, LNA, TNS, TN List, OTN, PIC, LPIC, and NPI fields. Chuck stated that the Miscellaneous tab could be named differently, if needed. Chuck stated that transfer of calls appears at the bottom of the screen and that TSP was at the top. Chuck then asked if their placement was okay. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that the screens looked good and noted that Eschelon was very excited to see that the information can be viewed without scrolling. Kim asked if when they tab through the left side of the screen, if they would then click on the TERS field. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that the focus was that it would tab to the first field, which is TERS. Chuck asked if there was a tab navigation preference. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that she would like that if she is in the LPIC field and hits the tab key that it navigates to the Miscellaneous tab. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that he would look into seeing if can work on the tab navigation. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that se did not want this to result in a big increase to the LOE and noted that it was not that big of an issue. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that he would take it into consideration. Chuck then reviewed the Features tab and stated that it is different due to the FID Guide. Chuck stated that the Feature Detail box was cut in half and some things were moved to the right of the Feature Detail box, on one of the screens. Chuck asked if there was a preference. Chuck noted that if you hit the Features tab and hit add, you would be able to see everything, with a higher resolution. Chuck noted that with a resolution of 800 x 600 all scrolling would not be eliminated. Chuck asked if there was a preference for scrolling. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that she preferred that the Feature Detail/Format Guide had the scrolling instead of the Feature Detail field. Chuck Anderson-Qwest state that the scrolling would be in the Feature Detail/Format Guide, like shown in the mock-up. Chuck then reviewed the Centrex Resale for and stated that it is similar to the other screens. Chuck stated that the left side contains a LOCNUM field which is not on the Resale form and that the LSCP field is in a different location the on the Resale form. Chuck stated that for Centrex it is a slightly different feel. Chuck noted that on the Miscellaneous tab, the BLOCK objects would have a little scrolling. Chuck then noted that the Features tab would not have horizontal scrolling. Chuck stated that BLOCKs would be more frequent. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that on the Resale form if blocking were on the Inside Wire tab, if it could have no scrolling. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that he would try to move it there. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that she would like LSCP on the Inside Wire tab as well in order to group consistently product-by-product. Chuck Anderson-Qwest asked if the preference was to move to the Inside Wire frame or to move to the left side. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that she had no preference she just wants consistency. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that he would look into moving blocking and making LSCP consistent. Chuck stated that it should be doable. Chuck then noted that the Features tab is similar to the others, but does not have the Feature Detail/Format Guide. Chuck stated that a resolution of 800 x 600 would result in scrolling. Chuck stated that in order to not have to scroll, a resolution of 1024 x 768 would need to be used. Chuck noted that the Port Service form was included due to UNE-P conversions. Chuck stated that blocking was on the CFA tab and noted that when do realignments, the Inside Wire tab may be compressed to avoid scrolling and would need to fit it in, except where block is taken care of wit CFA. Chuck then noted that the LSCP field would be in the Inside Wire tab. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that the mock ups that were provided was the first effort and noted that other forms may be entertained and would focus on the heavy used forms. Chuck asked if there were any other suggestions as to different groupings. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that she had no issues with the groupings, is pretty intuitive the way things are grouped. Kim then stated that Eschelon liked this fist look. Kim then noted that this looks like SBCs format so it will feel familiar to the CLECs. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that a lot of applications use the side-by-side views and noted that there could be future growth for new fields. Chuck Anderson-Qwest stated that on the Miscellaneous tabs he wanted to point out that there would be no Add, Delete Current, Clear Current, or Delete All buttons because is at the same of the service order. There were no additional questions or comments.

July 22, 2004 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Jill Martain/Qwest stated that Qwest would distribute the ballot on July 27th, it is due back to Qwest on July 30th, and Qwest would email the initial prioritization list to the CLECs on August 3rd. There were no questions. Kim Isaacs/Eschelon stated that this was a medium-low for Eschelon.
February 19, 2004 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion Excerpt (Attachments H & J): Judy Schultz/Qwest stated that she wanted to provide an update to the funding approval process that was discussed in the January CMP Systems Meeting. Judy referred everyone to Attachment J in the Distribution Package. She stated that all CRs are being re-evaluated and must be approved. Judy said that CRs could not be scheduled without approval. Judy stated that the CRs with an impact to the IMA interface would follow the existing prioritization process. Judy noted that the funding for IMA 15.0 and IMA 16.0 has been approved, as well as funding to begin work on IMA 17.0.
-- January 2004 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: This CR is a medium priority for Eschelon.
8/21/03 CMP Systems Meeting Kim Isaacs/Eschelon stated that this has moderate interest for this CR.
- March 20, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion Regarding IMA 14.0 Prioritization: Liz Balvin/WorldCom asked if this was GUI only. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that yes it is. Liz Balvin/WorldCom asked if this was GUI only and Connie Winston/Qwest said-yes.
-- December 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Kit Thomte/Qwest reviewed the prioritization process as defined in the CMP document. She noted that December 30th, 2002 is the due date for submitted votes. Judy Schultz/Qwest noted that the due date would be included in the instructions in the notification that goes out with the ballot. Kit Thomte/Qwest reviewed the sample prioritization form. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said this is a CR we submitted when inputting into the IMA GUI the Centrex resale form is difficult to maneuver and not all information is available in one view so we are asking to have that minimized.
- Clarification meeting was held on July 9, 2002 The attendees were: Bonnie Johnson - Eschelon Berkley Loggie - Qwest Bret Birkholz - Qwest Mark Routh - Qwest Peggy Esquibel-Reed - Qwest Monica Manning - Qwest Mark opened the meeting. Introduction of the participants on the Conference Call were made and the purpose of the call discussed. Mark read the Change Request Title and description. Bonnie described the CR and reiterated that the request was specifically for the Resale and Centrex Resale form screens. She indicated that a user could not view the TN and the associated features at the same time, and that the user would have to toggle back and forth on the form in order to see the information. She indicated that it is easy for a user to confuse the TN and associated feature information. She said that there is no easy way to view the TN and the associated features on the form. Bonnie suggested that if Qwest could minimize the form so that everything would fit on one screen, then the user wouldn't need to scroll up and down to see all the information. Mark asked if the screen aspect resolution could be increased for the IMA GUI. Bret indicated that he wasn't sure. He asked Bonnie if there was an issue with the side to side scrolling or just up and down. Bonnie indicated that it was just the up and down scrolling that was the issue. Bonnie asked if there was a way to rearrange the fields on the screen so that the TN was closer to the features so the user wouldn't have to scroll up and down. Mark summarized the request to be that the user would like to elliminate the need to scroll up and down to see the features associated with the TN. There were no other questions or comments.
