Project Meetings |
5/22/03 CMP Systems Meeting Liz Balvin/MCI did ask that this CR remain open. She said she would have to ask the other CLECs that use 12.0 if the edit was working because MCI does not use 12.0 yet. MCI's concern was that the edits in place require a 2-step validation that includes the SANO validation. Connie Winston/Qwest said that we do validate SANO. Liz Balvin/MCI said that is only if the TN is on a multiple CSR. Lynn Notarianni/Qwest said that we ran tests internally and found that the validation includes TN and SANO. Lynn also stated that AT&T is the only CLEC using 12.0. Connie Winston/Qwest said that all GUIs are 12.0 also. Lynn Notarianni/Qwest said that by default it has to be working that way. John Gallegos/Qwest said that we did test it and validated that is working that way. Liz Balvin/MCI said that we need to validate it with the other CLECs because that is not the information we got from our logs. Regina Mosely/AT&T asked MCI to clarify their concern. Liz Balvin/MCI reviewed her concern. Regina Mosely/AT&T said that she had not heard about any of those problems. Liz Balvin/MCI said that she just wanted to validate with the other CLECs because that is not what MCI has heard. Connie Winston/Qwest said that MCI could validate using the GUI. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon explained how MCI could validate using the GUI and that she thought the implementation team was just giving MCI incorrect information. Liz Balvin/MCI said that she would send Connie Winston/Qwest what they had been provided. She also said that she was ok to close this CR. 4/17/03 CMP Systems Meeting Liz Balvin/MCI stated that she assumed Qwest tested this. She also said that they have not been able to use this functionality because they are not using 12.0. Liz stated that the CR requested two validation steps, TN and SANO fields, to be performed with each request. Liz noted that what Qwest implemented could result in inaccurate conversion of end users because if a TN is matched to a single LSR, the second validation step of SANO is bypassed. Liz stated that MCI would like to leave this CR open. Clarification call held on 6/27/02. Attendees were: Sherry Lichtenberg -WorldCom Local Market Entry Manager Rick Whisamore - WorldCom Local Market Entry Team Doug Lacy - Local Operations Organization J.J. Bradley - Qwest IT Solutions Architecture Berley Loggie - Qwest IT Project Manager Mark Routh - Qwest Wholesale Change Request Project Manager Mark opened the meeting. Introduction of the participants on the Conference Call were made and the purpose of the call discussed. Mark read the Change Request Title and description. Mark Confirmed that this change is for both IMA GUI and IMA EDI interfaces, and impact the UNE-P product. J.J. Clarified the Service Address for migration orders ACT types are not V, P, and Q but V, W, and Z. Sherry acknowledged that V, W and Z were correct. Mark will update the Description to show the correct ACT Types. Sherry recapped the information that the CLEC is requires to provide and requested that they should not have to. Sherry indicated that entering this amount of information causes some rejection of the LSR due to miss keying. J.J. indicated that Qwest uses the addition information to do an exact match on the correct active record. He asked if the CLEC was willing to exchange the requirement for the additional information with the responsibility to handle the additional rejects when Qwest couldn't identify the exact record. Rick asked if the list of fields (he mentioned all of them) requested on the LSR are all used to determine the match. J.J. Indicated that he thought the SANO field might be enough to do a match. Sherry indicated that if they were only required to input the TN and SANO, that they could accept that. She asked if Qwest validated against PREMIS in the back end system. Mark Agreed to change the description of the CR to reflect that the TN and SANO fields would be required. Sherry asked some general questions about the CMP process. Mark described the process and answered the WorldCom questions. Original Description: Currently, Qwest is the only ILEC that requires CLECs to submit Customer Name and Service Address for migration orders (ACT= V,P,Q) to UNE-P. WorldCom is requesting that Qwest allow CLECs to migrate using Customer Name and Telephone Number, and not be required to supply the Service Address on the ACT types.
