| 11/19/08 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest said this CR is part of the IMA 24.0 October 20th Release and will be closed. 10/15/08 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest said this CR is part of the IMA 24.0 October 20th Release. 7/16/08 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest said that the LOE for this change request is 1100 to 1250 hours. 6/18/08 Systems CMP Meeting Denise Martinez-Qwest stated that we have encountered a problem when FOCing high capacity circuits and have had to manually enter the entire ECCKT in the Remarks since the circuit number is being cut off after 24 characters. She said that this request is to change the character length for all ECCKT field in IMA from the current to 42 alpha numeric characters with the exception of the RLD/RLDR form which will remain at 60 characters. Denise said that this change will allow the data to be populated completely and in a mechanized fashion.

| Draft Response July 8, 2008 RE: SCR060308-02 Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Qwest's Change Request SCR0603-8-02. Based upon research that has been conducted following the Clarification meeting Qwest is able to provide the LOE of 1100-1250 for this change. At the July Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications.
