Modify IMA BPL edits to differentiate when a listing actually exists on the listing database vs. is being added on a Pending FBDL Order.
Creating a new edit/error message will eliminate confusion for the customer and save Qwest resource trouble shooting this condition. Today, if this error is received the IMA user is confused because DLIS or LSTR does not have record of a listing. If IMA can tell that the listing existing on a pending order and provide that info on the error message, the IMA user can track down their order activity themselves.
6/23/11 Info received from Originator: I would like to cancel/withdraw SCR060111-2. I found out there is an existing IMA BPL edit and tweaking the error message verbiage should clear up the confusion we have experienced.

| 7/20/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink (7/28/11 Updates received from PAETEC in italicized CAPS) SAID [Deleted RELAYED] that A CR is being proposed for withdrawal since edit is already in place. (7/28/11 Updates received from Integra in CAPS) MARK STATED [SAID] CENTURYLINK WOULD like to move to withdrawn unless THERE ARE any OBJECTIONS [Deleted OBJECTION] . No objections. 6/15/11 Systems CMP Meeting Lee Gomez – Qwest presented the next CR. She said the center sometimes receives calls that say the listing already exists but noting if found. Lee said it is because someone in that company has previously issued an order for the same TN and the order is to be processed. Lee said the edit is up front to eliminate work. Kim Isaacs - Integra said this is for the same listing type but if she tried to order a foreign listing for that, that was possible. Lee Gomez – Qwest said correct, this is for the same exact match where there is a duplicate on the pending file but not in the data base. Lee said they can add other listings just not the same one. Kim Isaacs - Integra said thank you. Lee Gomez – Qwest asked if there are any other questions and there were none.
