12/14/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink identified that there was a list of CRs to be considered for closure. He said the CRs were included in the IMA Release on 10/17/11 and were in CLEC test. Mark said there was a mid cycle conversion on November 19 and asked that all of these CRs be considered for closure. There were no objections. 11/16/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said all of these relate to IMA Release 31 that went in on 10/17/11. Steph Prull – Integra asked that the following be left open: SCR012511-1, SCR012511-2, SCR012511-3, and SCR083010-1. PAETEC is moving to IMA 31.0 Release this weekend. Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said we would likely leave all of the CRs open. 7/20/11 Systems CMP Meeting SCR 060111-1 Eliminate non LML DL requirement for FBDL ACT=D – LOE is 100-150 hrs Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed the LOE for IMA 31.0. CR will be included in October release. 6/15/11 Systems CMP Meeting Lee Gomez – Qwest said all three new CRs relate to Facility Based Directory Listings (FBDL). Lee said the first CR is to line up with Resale. She said this CR would streamline the process; customers would only need to send in the LSR, end user form and one DL form for LML even if there are 50 additional listings to be removed. Kim Isaacs - Integra asked if I send a disconnect ACT = D, all additional listings would be disconnected. Lee Gomez – Qwest said that is LSR ACT = D, then LACT of D, that will disconnect the entire account. Kim Isaacs - Integra said it says ACT = W also. Lee Gomez – Qwest said she had to remove that since she found it could not be done. Kim Isaacs - Integra said an ACT = D only if the CLEC owns the listing. Kim asked if there is an additional listing for a different carrier, is that removed? Lee Gomez – Qwest said you should not be able to issue an order on an account with different ownership. Kim Isaacs - Integra said if they have a local main listing, they can have a portion of captions and another carrier can have a portion. Lee Gomez – Qwest that is valid but they would each have their own account numbers. Kim Isaacs - Integra asked how are captions merged? Lee Gomez – Qwest said the caption header does not belong to anyone. Lee said if you issue a disconnect at the account level, Qwest will find all TNs and remove. If others use that caption, they remain intact. Jeff Sonnier – Sprint asked if other listings with that account header will have a different LML. Lee Gomez – Qwest said no one owns the caption. Each company has their own LML and they are exclusive of each other. Jeff Sonnier – Sprint said this process is only to disconnect the entire account. Lee Gomez – Qwest said that is correct; to remove some of the listings, you would use an ACT of C with an LACT of D to remove specific listings. Lee Gomez – Qwest asked if there are any other questions and there were none.
