The EXACT application needs to be updated to support ASOG 31 changes as mandated by OBF.

| November 16, 2005 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Jill Martain/Qwest stated that this CR deployed on October 10th and stated that Qwest was ready to close the CR. There was no objection. This CR is Closed.

September 21, 2005 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: This CR will deploy on 10/10/05. Jill Martain/Qwest stated that she was notified late last night that there could be potential issues with the October releases and that since we were all meeting today she wanted to let everyone know that there was the potential that the release dates could slip. Jill advised that Qwest would send the appropriate system notifications if it is determined that the release date needed to change.
June 15, 2005 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Cindy Kalakis-Qwest stated that this CR is for ASOG 31 changes for EXACT and the same dates, as for the QORA upgrade, apply. Cindy asked if there were questions. There were none. This CR moves to Development status.
June 7, 2005 Clarification Meeting Attendees: Cindy Kalakis-Qwest, Cassandra Hunt-Qwest, Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest Review Requested (Description of) Change: Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest reviewed the CR Title and Description and asked if there was additional information to be shared. Cindy Kalakis-Qwest stated that this was a standard EXACT upgrade to ASOG 31 and that the details were located on the ATIS web site, provided in the CRs description. Cindy also stated that she would like this CR targeted for deployment on October 10, 2005. Confirmed Impacted Area(s): Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest confirmed that this Change Request was for Ordering and Provisioning. Confirmed Impacted Interfaces: Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest confirmed that this CR was for EXACT. Confirmed Impacted Products: Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest confirmed that this effort impacted all products. Establish Action Plan & Resolution Time Frame: Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest stated that this CR is due for presentation at the June 15th CMP Meeting.

| June 15, 2005 Qwest Response: This is a Telcordia development effort. Qwest will implement this change on October 10, 2005 to support the Industry Standards through OBF.
