Introduction of Attendees: Mark opened the meeting with the introduction the participants on the Conference Call.

Review Request: Mark read the CR Description of Change.

Confirm Area & Product Impacted: Mark confirmed the area and products impacted as Pre Order and Order/SATE/Local Switching

Confirm Right Personnel Involved: Mark asked if anyone else needed to be involved in the discussion. Nobody else was required other than Wendy Green and Annelyn Aficial.

Identify/Confirm CLEC’s Expectation: Annelyn asked AT&T what type of response they are looking for? She asked if they were looking for examples of FOCs or do they want Completion notices, Jeopardy notices, and Reject notices. Donna indicated that she thought it would be of value. [to have all of the components] Wendy said it makes sense to have a sample of each different response. Or do they want to see an FOC for each product? Donna asked to have responses show FOCs only. Later, if the user group wanted, additional responses could be provided. Bobbie asked if there could be a sample of each response per product? Donna asked to see what both options looked like. Wendy indicated that she saw 3 possible options: 1. Produce an FOC for each product 2. Produce an FOC for each product and 1 example of every other type of response 3. Produce 1 of each type of response per product Donna indicated that we should focus on the first two

Identify any Dependencies: Mark confirmed that there was no other system dependencies Establish Action Plan (Resolution Time Frame): Annelyn Aficial will develop the LOE for 2 options for this CR. 1) Produce an FOC for each product 2) Produce an FOC for each product and 1 example of every other type of response This will be discussed at the Monthly Systems CMP meeting on 6/20/02.

RE: SCR052902-01 (Add sample EDI (X12) Responses to the SATE Documentation)

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR052902-01. As discussed at the Clarification Meeting (held June 11, 2002) Qwest anticipates two options as possible solutions for this SATE Change Request:

Option 1 - Produce an FOC for each product Option 2 - Produce an FOC for each product and 1 example of every other type of response

Based upon the scope of this request as discussed at the Clarification Meeting, Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 100 to 200 hours for Option 1 and an estimated LOE of 200 to 300 hours for Option 2.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest’s further evaluation of this Change Request. Upon obtaining consensus from CMP participants as to the appropriate direction for Qwest to take on this Change Request, Qwest will review release schedules and development timetables in an effort to evaluate options for potential scheduling of Change Request SCR052902-01.

RE: SCR052902-01 (Add sample EDI [X12] Responses to the SATE Documentation)

In the June 20th Systems CMP meeting, the CLECs chose option 3. Qwest projects to complete the work and publish the updated document by July 26, 2002. Therefore, the status of this Sate documentation Change Request is updated from Pending Prioritization to Development.

Option 3: Produce the appropriate pre-order response for each pre-order transaction and an FOC for each order transaction in the document and 1 example of every other type of response.

The LOE for this option is 300-400
