Description Of Change |
This change request seeks to add the following Resale and UNE-P POTS edits to assist the CLEC in the LSR entry process. The following edits will improve the quality of Resale and UNE-P POTS requests minimizing Qwest’s manual intervention by automatically rejecting inaccuracies found on the LSRs back to the CLEC shortly after the LSR is submitted. This will ultimately improve the response times back to the CLECs on LSRs that are flow-through capable.
- Edit to require specific Feature Activity (FA) in the service detail dependent on the type of USOC and/or FID activity. - Edit to disallow LSR ACT= N when adding new lines to an existing account. LSR ACT should = C with LNA = N. - Edit to restrict addition of Dial Lock (OC4) or Outgoing Call Restrictions (NLUAC) when a toll block is already present on the CSR. - Edit central region accounts to require a C.L.A.S.S. feature USOC with inward action (N, V, or T) when Call Waiting ID is requested. - Edit to require the removal of Talking Call Waiting when a custom calling package is removed from the line. - Edit to restrict the changing of a main line USOC to an additional line USOC and vice versa. - Edit to ensure the RSID on the CSR and LSR match if the LSR is not for conversion or disconnect. - Edit to establish when a restoral is for a suspended or denied account. Orders must be written different for the two scenarios. - Establish rules to process accounts with Expanded Interconnection Channel Termination (EICT) USOCs. - Edit for valid PIC and LPIC values. - Edit AHN, SASN, SANO, Route, Box entries for validity. - Edit for correct usage of the hunting section on the LSR form. - Edit to ensure the correct USOCs are used on a residence account vs. business account. - Edit usage of the LCC FID with blocking features.
If implemented, this CR is expected to have a positive impact on PO-2 since the edits will help improve flow through capability
