Currently Qwest issues a weekly report of all the CEMR tickets Eschelon enters for both Resale and Design Services. Eschelon asks Qwest to enhance the weekly report to indicate the number of tickets Eschelon enters for both Resale and Design Services by USER ID.

5/22/03 CMP Systems Meeting Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that this CR could be closed.

4/17/03 CMP Systems Meeting Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated said that they would like to leave this CR in CLEC Test for one more month.

1/16/03 January CMP Systems Meeting Dan Busetti/Qwest stated that there is a CEMR release scheduled for March 17, 2003 and this CR will be implemented on that date. Kit Thomte/Qwest stated that this action item would be closed.

6/20/02 Systems CMP Monthly Meeting

Kathy Stichter (Eschelon) reviewed what Eschelon is looking for. Michael Buck (Qwest) asked if there were any other comments. There were no other CLEC comments. Jeff Thompson (Qwest) stated that this is another straightforward CR. He indicated that the only issue is the August release just mentioned. Qwest will look to review this as to when this work can be scheduled. Michael Buck (Qwest) asked if anyone has a problem with updating the title to include the User ID? Kathy Stichter (Eschelon) confirmed that Eschelon does not have a problem with that. Status will be updated to ‘Presented’.

Introduction of Attendees

Introduction of the participants on the Conference Call were made and the purpose of the call discussed.

Review Requested (Description of) Change

The purpose of this meeting was to clarify SCR052202-01 with Eschelon. Kathy Stichter / Eschelon reviewed request. Eschelon would like the User ID of the person generating the trouble report be added on the report. This is to ensure that everyone is in compliance with using CEMR instead of calling the trouble in.

Dan Busetti/Qwest said that this addition would be good for Qwest also. Kathy Garcia/Qwest said that we could provide a report by Center. Dan Busetti/Qwest said that we could generate a new report, however, Qwest just recently created a report that provides all trouble tickets generated by Eschelon. (SCR102901-1) We could just add the User ID to that report.

No further discussion was necessary as Qwest understands Eschelon's request.

RE: SCR052202-01 (CEMR usage report enhancement)

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR052202-01. Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held May 28, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 50 to 200 hours for this CEMR Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest’s further evaluation of this Change Request. Upon obtaining consensus from CMP participants as to the appropriate direction for Qwest to take on this Change Request, Qwest will review release schedules and development timetables in an effort to evaluate options for potential scheduling of Change Request SCR052202-01.
