Implementation of CABS BOS Version 44 for bill and CSR output for IABS system. In addition to the items included in the CABS BOS V44 Summary, Qwest added an item (ITEM 2B) to provide identification of Price Flex in the appropriate CABS BOS records. Qwest is not populating the data elements specific to Price Flex in the CABS records with any value, but identification is being made on the paper version.

| DRAFT RESPONSE July 8, 2005 RE: SCR051705-01IG (CABS BOS Version 44) Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR051705-01IG. Based upon the scope of this CR, Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 1400 to 1800 hours for this Wholesale Billing Interface Change Request.
