This CR seeks to move the CEMR application to a different web farm. This move is being done to provide better recovery capability.
The new CEMR URL will be: https://ima.qwest.com/cemr/
As a result of this change, CEMR users may experience a different error message if the server is unavailable.
The old message read: Server Error. This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log.
The new message will read: The Qwest CEMR application is currently unavailable. Please try again later.
CEMR users will need to know to use the new URL. CEMR users may also need to update their browser bookmarks.

| 5/16/02 Systems CMP meeting Connie Winston/Qwest said that Qwest initially opened this CR because we have plans to move CEMR to the more high-availability area of the web. When we were doing that, we were not completely sure that there would be system changes, so we created a CR. Upon further review of the requirements, we realized that this is truly a URL change. We would like to do a notice-and-go. Connie Winston/Qwest said that we created this CR out of caution and would like to propose to withdraw the CR. This change is currently targeted for mid to late June. We are working on some netscape issues All CLECs in the room agreed to the withdrawal of this CR and the notice-and-go for the change. The status of this CR will be changed to Withdrawn.
