McLeod is receiving EMI formatted 110125( record ID for calls placed to a toll-free number) records that do not contain a CIC code. In the central region, Qwest is using the 110125 record ID for calls that are to in-region, intralata toll free numbers only, and therefore do not carry a CIC. In the central Region, Qwest is using 110105 record ID for IXC routed messages, which do contain a CIC. The 110125 record is the industry-standard format used for either type of call. The Eastern & Western Regions are using 110125 for both types of calls. We would like to see the Central Region , Qwest using the industry -standard 110125 record.

| June 20, 2002 CMP Meeting Discussion: Michael Buck (Qwest) reviewed that 2 CRs were opened at the same time. He indicated that McLeod has agreed to withdraw their CR. He looks to McLeod to ensure that what they requested is currently included in the Eschelon CR (SCR042902-02). Kathy Stichter (Eschelon) reviewed what Eschelon is looking for in SCR042902-02. Jeff Thompson (Qwest) stated that unless McLeod wants to add anything, this CR is clear. Qwest will take this back and schedule the work. Carol Whitson (McLeod) agreed that the Eschelons CR meets her need. Carla Pardee (AT&T) stated that AT&T also has an interest in SCR042902-02. Michael Buck (Qwest) indicated that SCR042902-02 will be updated to reflect. May 30, 2002 Email sent to Carol Whitson/McLeodUSA: Your submitted CR, SCR042902-03 UNE Access Records, has been updated to Pending Withdrawal Status in preparation for your withdrawal at the June Systems CMP Meeting. Eschelons submitted CR, SCR042902-02, as also been noted with your co-sponsorship request. May 30, 2002 Email received from Carol Whitson/McLeodUSA: You may with draw my request. I spoke with Eschelson and I am willing to withdraw mine. I would like to co sponsor the request from eschelson if that is possible. Please let me know if we can do that? May 24, 2002 Email sent to Carol Whitson/McLeodUSA: Would you please advise me of the status of this CR? At the Clarification Meeting held on May 9th, you stated that you would contact Eschelon to discuss the withdrawal of one of the CR's since they seem to be a duplicate of each other. Eschelon's CR is SCR042902-02. As a result of the duplication with SCR042902-02 submitted by Eschelon and your discussion with them, can we anticipate that one of these requests will be withdrawn at the June 20th System's CMP Meeting? These CR's are both scheduled to be brought forward to the CLEC Community on June 20, 2002. Clarification Meeting - May 9, 2002: Attendees - Carol Whitson/McLeodUSA, Sue S./McLeodUSA/, Lori Smothers/McLeodUSA, Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest, Alan Zimmerman/Qwest, Carl Sear/Qwest Alan Zimmerman/Qwest advised that the 110125 records had a different distinction's between EC to IC and EC to EC. That distinction was eliminated in the Industry Standards. The 110125 records contain shaded areas which are optional and contain default values. Qwest will attempt to discuss as a walk-on at the next OBF Meeting to unshade those areas and make them required, as data is required for billing. Carol Whitson/McLeodUSA asked if this CR was still up for June. Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest responded that the CR is due for presentation at the June CMP Meeting. Peggy/Qwest advised that this request is a duplicate of a request received by Eschelon. Carol Whitson/McLeodUSA advised that she would contact Kathy Stichter at Eschelon to discuss who would withdraw their request. Carol will advise Peggy/Qwest when decision is made. No other questions were raised.
