This CR seeks to provide functionality to allow IMA to provide the ability to re-send IMA Reject, FOC, Error, Jeopardy, SO Completion and Cancel notices. When this CR is implemented IMA should retain the information in the Transmission Response History and Transaction History. This will provide the ability to ensure that a resent notice is resent using the same method of transport and destination that was used when the notice was originally sent.

CR changed to Completed Status 7/18/02 CMP Systems Meeting There were no questions. 5/16/02 Systems CMP meeting Connie Winston/Qwest presented this CR on behalf of Denise Martinez/Qwest who was not present at the meeting. This CR seeks to provide functionality to allow IMA to provide the ability to resend IMA Reject, FOC, Error, Jeopardy, SO Completion and Cancel notices. Connie Winston/Qwest said that Qwest has seen instances in the past where a CLEC did not receive a notice although it looks to us like we sent it. Qwest is looking for building capability to re-send notices. Terry Bahner/AT&T asked if this was affecting all products. Connie Winston/Qwest said that this applies to all products. Terry Bahner/AT&T asked if the notice would reflect that it is the second notice. Connie Winston/Qwest said that yes they would be marked in some way. Qwest would need to track the second notice for our internal audits as well. LeiLani Hines/World Com stated that she was concerned about the second notices causing confusion. Sharon Van Meter/AT&T asked if the notice would be going to all CLECs or only the CLEC requesting. Connie Winston/Qwest said that the notice would be sent to the requestor. There will be some type of resend distinction intended to go to the requesting CLEC only. Michael Buck/Qwest said that LOE is 750-3000 hours and is eligible for 12.0 prioritization.
