| 7/15/09 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest said this CR deployed on 6/22/09 and asked if there was any objection to closure. There was no objection and this CR will be closed. 6/17/09 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest said that this CR deployed on 4/20/09 and asked if there was any objection to closure. Kim Isaacs-Integra said that she would like this CR to remain open another month because of the functionality in the Western Region scheduled 6/22/09. 5/20/09 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest said that this CR deployed on 4/20/09 with the IMA 25.0 Release. Mark reminded everyone that partial CSRs for VOIP DID numbers will not be available in the Western Region until 6/22/09. She said that we would like to create the ability to mechanically obtain a partial electronic CSR in IMA associated with individual DID numbers. She said that we also want to create the ability to submit an electronic LSR in IMA when porting individual DID numbers. She said that this is for IMA pre-order and order. Bonnie Johnson-Integra said that they like this CR (5/27/08 Comment to minutes received from Integra) and it looks a lot like ours. Kim Isaacs-Integra asked if they could request a partial CSR in a block of DID numbers or only on individual DID numbers. Susie Wells-Qwest said that this only applies to individual DID numbers.

Based upon research, the LOE is 1499-1983 hours associated with providing these capabilities. This CR is an eligible IMA 25.0 candidate with a targeted implementation date in second quarter 2009.
