A system change which would include the APP date on PSON.
Application Date is defined as: The date (and time) on which Qwest receives from the CLEC a complete and accurate local service request (LSR) or access service request (ASR) or retail order, subject to the following: · For the following types of requests/orders, the application date (and time) is the start of the next business day: (1) LSRs and ASRs received after 3:00PM MT for Designed Services (2) Retail orders received after 3:00 PM local time for Designed Services. (3) LSRs received after 7:00PM MT for POTS Resale (Residence and Business), Non-Design Resale Centrex, non-designed UNE-P, Unbundled Loops, LNP. Retail orders for comparable non-designed services cannot be received after closing time, so the cutoff time is essentially the business office closing time.

| April 17, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: John Gallegos/Qwest stated that this item was included in the IMA 12.0 Release. John noted that the post deployment call was held and that there is no open issue regarding this CR. No comments. CR changed to 'completed' status.
4/19/02 Clarification call was held with AT&T attendees: Esther Scherer - AT&T Terry Bahner - AT&T Mark Routh - Qwest (System CRPM) Jerry Mohatt - Qwest (Project Manager - Wholesale) Carol Zimmerman - Qwest (LSOG Rep) Jill Martain - Qwest ( Wholesale Process Manager) J.J. Bradley - Qwest (Business Application Process Manager) Mark opened the meeting and everyone introduced themselves. Terry stated that she wished to withdraw the request and rewrite it with more detail. Mark encouraged her to contine with the existing CR in order to save time and noted that Qwest could rewrite the existing request to capture the needs. Terry agreed and went on to talk about how this request sprang out of the request that addressed the JEP after the FOC. Jill mentioned that the APP date is not on the FOC due to the LSOG standard and that Qwest would be able to add this information to the new Pending Service Order Notice (PSON). Terry indicated that that would be fine to provide the information on that form. J.J. mentioned that the PSON would be produced in the IMA 10.1 release and would contain the Due Date and the Completion date but will not contain the APP date at this point. Mark indicated that this change would be elligable for the IMA 12.0 prioritization in June, 2002.

| DRAFT RESPONSE April 22, 2002 RE: SCR041202-01 (Add APP Date to Pending Service Order Notice (PSON)) Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR041202-01. Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held April 19, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 1400 to 2100 hours for this IMA Change Request. At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest’s further evaluation of this Change Request. This CR will be eligible for prioritization in the IMA 12.0 prioritization vote that will be conducted in the July 18, 2002 System CMP monthly meeting.
