Resale or UNE-P POTS) with multiple listings where the request is disconnecting a Line (LNA=D) or

there are TN changes (OTN on form).

When an order is submitted to remove a TN(s) from an account (disconnect or change) there needs to be an edit that ensures a corresponding listing(s) is also removed. There is currently no system edit to ensure that the corresponding listing is also removed or changed. This results in manual effort to clean up the listing when it is discovered and could result in an obsolete listing being published. This condition may also cause billing questions and/or disputes.

This edit will improve listing accuracy for the CLECs, eliminate manual cleanup, and reduce customer calls to the various Wholesale Centers.

2/20/13 System Monthly Meeting Mark Coyne - CenturyLink said we would like to close these six IMA CRs that are associated with IMA Release 33 which was implemented on December 10, 2012. Mark asked if there were any objections to moving them to Completed status.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked if any XML companies had migrated to the release and if there were some customers migrated, were there any problems.

Carrie Bousfield – CenturyLink said there were two customers on the release as of January 19 and said there were quite a number migrating on March 23. Carrie said there were no problems.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said based on that, she did not have any concerns with closing the CRs.

01/16/13 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne - CenturyLink said these six IMA CRs were associated with IMA Release 33 which was implemented on December 10, 2012. He said we would consider them in February for closure.

05/16/12 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed the LOEs for the following CR: SCR041112-2 Implement IMA Edit for dangling Directory Listings where TN has been removed. LOE - 1010 hours Mark relayed these CRs will all be considered for upcoming releases.

4/18/12 System CMP Meeting Denise Martinez – CenturyLink reviewed the Description of Change as noted in the change request. She asked if there were any questions. Steph Prull – Integra asked if the change was for both Resale and FBDL listings. Denise Martinez – CenturyLink replied that the change was for accounts where a telephone number on an account had a listing associated with it. Steph Prull – Integra asked if Integra submitted a request to disconnect an unbundled account, would the edit apply. Denise Martinez – CenturyLink stated that it would. Kim Isaacs – Integra asked for clarification if an unbundled loop with an FBDL listing would force the edit to apply on the same order. Denise Martinez – CenturyLink that she was unsure if the requests for unbundled loops would apply and would get clarification. She said she thought that if the account had a listing that was not identified, the edit would identify it. Kim Isaacs – Integra stated that they currently send two LSR’s for that type of transaction and asked whether this change would require both transactions be done on one LSR? Denise Martinez – CenturyLink stated that was not the case. Denise said she will confirm. Susan Lorence – CenturyLink stated that if an answer was available, it would be included in the meeting minute and if an update to the change request was necessary, that would also occur.
